The Space:
Centrally located, this is a comfortable apartment with all the mod-cons. Featuring two large bedrooms each with a TV, wardrobe and park views. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The second Bedroom has a Queen bed and separate bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer. Enjoy cooking in the galley kitchen with high-quality appliances including a coffee machine. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing. The double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful stay. Park your car in the secure underground car park. Enjoy the sun on the outside balcony or in the shared entertainment space after a full days exploring in the Geelong CBD.

The property is in a secure apartment complex with access via the carpark remote & keys provided on arrival. Please press and hold the remote for the gate to open. Please note: There are 2 car parks on Yarra St. Access is via Carpark at 2 Yarra St, not 4 Yarra St. So make sure to use the car park closest to the Esplanade. Clearance is approx. 1.95 metres.

Explore the nearby award-winning Geelong Art Gallery, take in a play or comedy show at the Geelong Arts Centre, visit the amazing Geelong Library and Heritage Centre. Do the full length of the Bollard Walk along the bay, enjoy a wander through the Botanic Gardens, and don't forget to visit the Wool Museum. There is lots on offer in the Geelong CBD!
Getting Around:
Single car space available in the underground carpark which has a height requirement of no more than 2m. There is also paid parking on street surrounding the complex. Public transport is a short walk from the apartment.

The location is on the waterfront but please note the apartment does not have waterfront views. The apartment has park views.
