This gorgeous coastal holiday home has been beautifully renovated and has everything you'll need for a family beach getaway!
Sleeping upto 8 guests, 2 bathrooms, smart tv, wifi, bbq
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1- Master with King bed and ensuite and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed
Bedroom 3- 2 tri-bunks offering 2 double beds on the bottom and single on the top.
Master bathroom, with toilet, bath, shower and vanity.
All beds have luxury linen and towels provided for each guest.
Bedroom 1 and 2 both with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
Open plan kitchen, living and dining flowing through to an outdoor deck, BBQ and outdoor dining table.
The lounge has an uber comfy corner suite to seat all your guests, large smart tv for all your streaming needs.
Both indoor and outdoor dining seating 6 guests at each.
The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, large family sized fridge and dishwasher.
Office space and desk set up for those needing to work from home, with WIFI throughout complimentary.
Reverse cycle Airconditioning to the main living area which really does cool the entire home well, with additional ceiling fans in bedroom 2 and 3 also.
European laundry available in the carport- convenient for those longer stays.
There's a beach cart available for family trips to the beach!
Highchair and baby bath onsite- porta-cot available for hire prior to your arrival if required. $15 per night
There is parking for a single car in the carport at the home, and additional parking on the nature strip of the property at the front for 1 car if required.
This property is the ultimate beach getaway- park the car and walk to the Beach or shopping strip in less than 5 minutes!
You will have exclusive access to the property for your stay.
Check in is contactless- all access information is provided in the evening prior to your arrival.
There are a couple of locked cupboards in the home which are not for guest access.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.
Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS
UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES
LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
