Peaceful Retreat: Relax and recharge at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in Keswick, a short stroll to the shores of Cookâs Bay on Lake Simcoe. Perfect for remote work, business travel, or extended getaways, this cozy space hosts up to 4 guests. Close to parks, shops & restaurants. 20 mins to Newmarket; 45 mins to Toronto but feels further away. Enjoy the home's amenities, private shared beach access, a covered porch with green space, Fibe Wi-Fi and year-round outdoor activities. Ideal for remote work, business travel & nature getaways.
The space
Bright living room with a workspace, Kitchen, Bathroom, and two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: King bed, closet, wardrobe, dresser and mirror.
Bedroom 2: Double and Twin bunk bed - dresser and closet.
Living room: A comfortable sofa can fit 1 person.
Bathroom: Includes a vanity, storage, tub, rainfall shower, and heated floors.
Kitchen: Equipped with essentials, rice cooker, coffee maker, pot, pan, baking sheets and dishes, electric stove/oven and microwave.
As there's no external cooking exhaust fan, heavy cooking is not permiited.
Outdoors: A covered patio with two chairs and an outdoor table and gas grill. The backyard faces green space for you to enjoy the fall foliage or the falling snow. Take a short walk to the neighborhood beach access, for which a code will be provided to you.

Guests have access to the house, front and back yards, shared beach park.

We ask that guests treat the home and neighborhood with the same care and respect you would your own. To ensure a comfortable stay, note the following:

đ No smoking or vaping inside the home.
