Excellent call on our part

Excellent visit. House was charming, homey and well furnished. Many fresh upgrades like flooring, bathrooms and counters. Highly recommend. Can walk to Parrot Mountain and even Dollywood though we drove. We will definitely be back!

Stunning Rustic Cabin with Modern Charm!

This cabin exceeded all expectations. It’s Beautiful and Unique with even Tree bark on one of the walls in one of the bathrooms and chiseled edge stone counters in kitchen. It has the charm of a vintage cabin with all the modern updates. It was so convenient to everything and just took us 3 min to get to Dollywood. It also has arcade, putting green and corn hole and plenty of parking. Everything worked great and had a Wonderful time. Will definitely be coming back.

The house showed as advertised, it was beautiful, But
when we checked in there was food in the refrigerator, dirty dishes and trash still in the house. It looked like someone was living there, we called the contact. After several attempts we got an answer. Said she would reach out to the owner, and she never responded. We found a number on the wall that said owner it was the previous owner of the house, and she said she had sold the property in August We found another number on the refrigerator that said owner, I called it, she said she was the old cleaning person. She said she would contact the owner; praise be she called back and asked if we wanted her to come and clean the place for us, and explained the owner was having the place updated and wasn’t supposed to be rented yet. We said that it wasn’t necessary we would clean it being it wasn’t her job anymore. Life was great until we went to take a shower, we had no hot water in the shower downstairs but that was better than upstairs we had no hot water or water pressure. The drain from the shower was leaking into the bathroom downstairs. So, the next morning we called the poor old cleaning lady again and she got ahold of the owner, and they had a maintenance person come fix the water temperature issue and the leak. This is a great property I wish the owner would reach out to discuss the other issues. Over all I would come back,i would pray the owner had it put together.Dont judge the property by the issues
