Comfortable, convenient stay

We enjoyed our stay and would book the condo again. We didn’t see the ocean view, but didn’t mind as it was easy to just stay on the property and relax.

The condo was amazing, Tony communicated well and the place was gorgeous. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals and none were stocked as well as this one, it had absolutely everything we needed and moreI highly recommend The elevator was broken during our stay but that doesn’t reflect on Tony or the quality of his place

Our stay was just what our family needed! The location is amazing—close beaches, restaurants, shopping, sunsets, and pool—-all of this in a quiet condo. The owner was fabulous to work with!!

Absolutely great!

From the lead in to arrival & stay - hands down one of the better “experiences” across the board! The communication & directions were spot on perfect & the location absolutely stunned us how great it was! Wife even said, “…we absolutely will book this again!” Excellent rental and I highly recommend.

Great condo

Loved the layout of the condo. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location walking distance to the Tropics and the Hilton hotel for meals. Nice kitchen to prepare meals. Double balconies with windows had beautiful views and brought the outside in even when we were relaxing on the couch. We’ll be back.

Great central location. Condo is spacious, quiet, clean, and well stocked. The pictures don’t quite capture how great it truly is. We visited the Hilton village right across the street and it was so packed and busy. Glad we picked this condo instead. Will surely come back when we revisit the big island in future. Thank you for hosting us!

Carpet and garbage disposal need attention. Never before asked to only leave one load of laundry. Well stocked pantry. Need to update arrival info sheet. But had a wonderful time.

A BIG ISLAND TREAT!

This was our first trip to the Big Island, and it was a fabulous experience, beginning with this beautiful rental property. The photos on VRBO give you a sense of the care the owners have taken to decorate it, but once you walk in you will be awestruck by the size of the condo. The Master Bedroom is HUGE as is the ensuite. We began the day with coffee on the lanai and ended the day with a glass of wine. The kitchen is so well equipped, and there are endless cleaning supplies and paper products to keep the condo tidy. The furniture is not only lovely, but it is very comfortable, and we slept like babies each night in the bed! The owners are excellent communicators, and the check in/check out process is seamless. Pay attention to their loooooooong list of recommendations, they do know the area well! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, to local restaurants, and to the shops at the Marketplace. Food and wine for creating your own meals can be found at the Island Grocery. We especially enjoyed walking to the Hilton and watching whales from the coastal trail. And lunch at Lava, Lava Beach Club was always a treat. If/when we do come back we’ll check on availability here, to be sure! Mahalo Linda and Tony!

Senior getaway

We have stayed at the Waikaloa Vistas several times. We love the property, the floor plans and location. This unit was the best supplied of any vacation rental we have used. Furnishing were lovely and host very helpful with activity and restaurant recommendations. golf and beaches close

Terrific stay!

Vista Waikaloa was fantastic. The unit was immaculate and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our favorite part of the Big Island. An easy walk to everything we needed. Good dining options, wonderful beaches, great people watching: this place has it all. It was an excellent home base as we explored other parts of the Island. Many thanks!!!!!

Comfortable Condo in great location.

The condo was well furnished with attractive art. The best beaches on the big island are with a 20 minute drive. You can also walk to shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay

This condo was a very nice place for our family to stay on Hawaii. The location was convenient for going to the Waikaloa shops and beach. The property was clean and pretty quiet with a comfortable lanai for relaxing after days of island adventures.

Family Christmas Vacation

Everything was wonderful. The owners had a nice surprise for us when we arrived. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The condo meet all our needs and expectations - very comfortable as well. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Fantastic stay

The condo is terrific and all a family of 4 could ask for. Terrific layout, good sized rooms with great furnishings. The decks were in the shade, which allowed them to be used all day long. Close to the amenities of Waikoloa with great a great pool and common bbq just steos away. All in all, a great place to stay.

We had a great stay.

Well-equipped and well-stocked condo. Comfortable beds, nice spacious lanai. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meal preparation throughout our stay. We enjoyed the proximity to A-bay, swimming in the healted salt water pool, and our morning and afternoon walks in the beautiful Waikoloa resort area.

Quiet and Convenient

Centrally located and within walking distance of the beach and shops. The lanai is shaded for most of the day and with the cool breezes was the favorite spot for eating and lounging. Nice sized master and ensuite with a very comfortable bed. Given the opportunity would stay here again.

Xmas trip

Location of property was very convenient. Kitchen was stocked. Water level in the showers was very weak. Be careful when using the dryer because our clothes got caught in some hook. Just few things need improving. Someone parked in the designated parking space but luckily there were enough empty visitor spots.
