Kohala och Mona Kea bergen ocksÄ sett frÄn vÄr Lanai. Under vintermÄnaderna kan du se snötÀckta bergstopp nÀr man sitter i den tropiska vÀrmen pÄ vÄr Lanai, Àr det en exotisk utsikt. VÄr lÀgenhet Àr ljus och luftig med en stor sjal runt Lanai pÄ 2 sidor, den perfekta platsen för mÄltider kaffe eller bara sitta och koppla av i den tropiska atmosfÀren. VÄr stora sovrummet har en Cal kung sÀng, plattskÀrms-tv och Àr inrett i ö-stil möbler. Den 2: a sovrummet har tvÄ enkelsÀngar och igen alla möblerna Àr ö-stil. BÄda badrummen har nya granit. VÄrt kök har byggts om med toppar granit bÀnk, nya franska dörr kylskÄp och frys, ny kock topp och alla apparater du behöver. Varje rum har en flÀkt, men lÀgenheten har AC ocksÄ. Loungen och inomhus matplats Àr rymliga vi har en platt-TV och Blu-ray-spelare samt ett musiksystem inredningen Àr ön och bekvÀm. Den Lanai har bord och stolar för 6 personer och 2 solstolar för avkoppling. VÄr lÀgenhet har renoverats med klinkergolv i hela för att ge det en ren, sval och ön kÀnsla.

Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Condo was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient to plenty of dining and shopping. Would definitely be interested in staying there again.

Wonderful all around

Beautiful rental- it’s bright and clean, well stocked kitchen/bathroom and a relaxing and utilitarian lanai that you will find joy on every moment you are there. Walking distance to everything you need and enjoy- don’t miss Lava Lava Beach club for drinks/food/views/music.

Lovely visit with parents

This condo is beautiful and located in a great location for your Kamuela/Waimea/Kona vacation. The space is well-planned and open, with a lot of lanai space. The neighborhood has lots of places to wander and explore as well. Well-stocked with supplies for the beach. Convenient elevator and parking. Perfect for a small family.

Great location for your island stay

Top floor unit with plenty of space and very pleasant views. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Poorly timed multi-day AC maintenance for entire community without prior warning to us was pretty uncomfortable but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient Kohala Coast condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We visit Hawaii every year and this is one of our very favorite places we’ve stayed. Spacious and comfortable with great mountain views as well as a peek at A Bay. Convenient to shops and restaurants and many wonderful beaches on the island. Kitchen with a few dated appliances but everything worked reasonably well. Comfy bed, big lanai and central AC. We loved it here and hope to come back next year!!

Lovely stay - mahalo

Everything was as advertised. The local manager was helpful with a couple of minor questions. My only comment would be that a small sachet of coffee would have been nice as a starter pack when I got there - but that is a very minor quibble. Everything was well stocked, including beach gear.

Highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Loved this amazing condo! Everything about it was perfect. Irena was easy to work with and Greg, the on-site manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo itself was amazing, clean, and very well stocked in both bathrooms & kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. After a long day of travel, thought I'd died and gone to Heaven when I found a couple cold beers in the fridge- thank you! The condo was very spacious for a family of 4 and the views from the deck were amazing for both sunrise & sunset. The beach was just a short walk and was beautiful. So much to do within walking distance at Waikoloa Village and it was a short drive to many other beaches and attractions. Can't wait to return to The Big Island & stay here again.

2nd time staying at this complex because we love the area and the layout of the condos. And its hard to find such a spacious lanai at any other condo. The condo itself was perfect. We love that chairs and an ice chest for the beach was there for our use. We look forward to returning again.

This was an excellent property and host. I highly recommend it. We did have an issue but the property manager worked diligently to fix the matter. I was completely satisfied with it. An occasional issue beyond anyone’s control can happen. The response from the property manager was exemplary. The host and the property manager communicated well throughout the process of fixing the issue. This property is nicely decorated without being cluttered. It had beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other items. The property was well equipped with laundry and dishwasher supplies as well as all kitchen equipment we needed and then some. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of A Bay from the lanai. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous rental

The condo was large, spotless, very quiet, and in a great location. The lanai was very large and provided a lot of shade - easy walk to restaurants, shops, beach area. While there was not a large ocean view, the surrounding trees, mountains, golf course and waterfall were lovely. Great appliances - Bosch dishwasher, large refrigerator with large-capacity ice maker, good drip coffee maker. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful property-an oasis!

Hubby and I stayed for 6 nights. Absolutely love the size of this condo, the roominess in all rooms and the wraparound lanai. Breathtaking views of the mountains and a fantastic glimpse of the bay. It’s a very short walk to the beach via the Marriott property. Location location. Easy access to anywhere on the island. Great eating and shopping choices at Kings and Queens shops and marketplace. The bed was super comfortable.The tv would not work and we contacted the property manager who came within the hour to resolve easily. No other issues at all. Only suggestion is to add more hangers. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo near A-bay

This condo is beautiful. We had to stay longer in Waikoloa because I had wrist surgery up in Waimea, (fractured wrist) The unit was quiet with a partial view of A-bay. We had no problems and enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The unit was well laid out. The instruction booklet could use updating with exact instructions for the TV/remote usage and the new induction cooktop. However, the island manager was responsive and eager to help when we had questions. We would stay here again.

Spacious, comfy condo with views and outdoor space

This was our second stay in this condo. We really like the size and how it is set up. The outdoor space is the best for us as we like to be outdoors most of the time we are in Hawaii, and this condo has a very large lanai that is sheltered from the often windy Waikoloa winds. The only thing I would mention is to be aware of the clothes dryer- it has a tendency to try to eat clothing items. It appears as if the seal around the door has a spot where items can catch and get caught, so just be aware of that, and if you have something delicate or special, you may want to hang dry.

Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space. Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again

Great Finish To Our Vacation

The resort was located some distance from Kona, but had all the amenities of restaurants, grocery stores and numerous shops. It was situated close to various beaches and points of interests which we were able to drive. The property management were fabulous and accommodated all of our requests. The condo was well equipped, and the one bedroom as described had two separate single beds, which were comfortable. It would be nice if the two single beds could be changed to a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the condo location since it was close to all the amenities of Waikoloa Village.

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is amazing, between A Bay and Waikoloa. Beautiful panoramic view from the lanai volcano to the bay. Great walkable shortcut to Abay and a beautiful beach walk. Clean and well stocked. When we return, we’ll book here again!

Perfect location

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. It’s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options. The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area. The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It was clean and up to date with furnishings and linens. I think the only drawback for us was the fact that it is on a busy street and when you have the lanai doors open you do hear a lot of street noise. It does quiet down after sunset. Thank you.

E301 is perfectly situated on the top floor on the corner giving it maximum views and privacy. The condo's are light and airy and very spacious with large lanais that are perfect to enjoy the tropical weather from. The Vista Waikoloa complex offers a large heated swimming pool and is welcoming and quiet. The grounds are always immaculate with beautiful flowering silk and plumeria trees.
