Welcome to your home away from home! This bright and stylish two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath coach house offers the perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. Just minutes from Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus to downtown Vancouver, itâs an ideal choice for families, couples, or business travelers who want a relaxing space thatâs still close to the cityâs best attractions.
The house is spread across two levels, filled with natural light from its many windows and skylights. Upstairs youâll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, and a spacious main bathroom featuring heated floors, a soaker tub and shower, and a skylight that brightens the space with natural light. A second bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor.
The living area is cozy yet spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating, a full-size sofa bed, and a door for extra privacy during sleep time. A smart TV equipped with Netflix and other streaming services makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house, perfect for both work and leisure.
The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need, from stainless steel appliances and quality cookware to a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Youâll also have the convenience of a private washer and dryer.
