Escape to a simpler time at Sandpiper â a retro, shabby chic, sun-drenched beach house in beautiful Jervis Bay, just 400 metres (a short walk) to Callala Beach and its white sand and clear swimming waters. This authentic two-level holiday home has been lovingly kept and offers plenty of room for family gatherings, with leafy decks that catch the sun and a front verandah perfect for slow mornings and balmy evenings.
Inside, open-plan living and dining spill onto a large front deck where you can fire up the gas BBQ and dine under the trees. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave and coffee machine â bring your own Lavazza pods), and the house features comfortable lounging zones with a smart TV upstairs plus a separate downstairs bar area with an additional flat-screen TV and DVD player â ideal for movie nights or splitting into quiet and social zones. Practical extras include an outside laundry with an extra shower and toilet (great for rinsing sandy kids and dogs) and undercover parking with plenty of off-street space for boats and cars.
The home comfortably sleeps six adults across three bedrooms, with two extra single fold-out beds best suited to children (up to eight guests in total). Thereâs a bathroom downstairs with a separate bath and shower plus an additional toilet upstairs. A fully fenced, dog-friendly yard and outdoor seating areas make Sandpiper a relaxed choice for visitors who value space, easy indoorâoutdoor flow and proximity to the bay.

- From mid-October, linen and towels will be supplied at all properties at no additional charge. If you previously arranged linen hire for a BYO property, you will no longer need to â it is now included in your booking.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear, front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living rooms, dining room and bedroom 1-3.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.
You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. Itâs also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
