Escape to absolute beachfront living in beautiful Jervis Bay at Zara Del Mar â a newly renovated, architecturally striking home with direct beach access and panoramic water views that wake you with sunrise from the upstairs balcony. The open-plan designer living areas and kitchen take full advantage of the outlook and flow straight onto a large undercover deck with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ â perfect for slow breakfasts, long lunches and evenings watching the tide roll in.
Stylish, family-friendly spaces are arranged over multiple levels: the main living room features air-conditioning, a combustion fireplace and a library of books, while a second living area offers a relaxed TV/lounge for kids. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave and Nespresso) and a handy pantry supplies complementary basics to get you started. Two private bedroom decks and a luxurious bamboo-wrapped outdoor raindrop shower make this house an ideal spot to rinse off and unwind after beach time. Kayaks, paddleboards and lifejackets are provided for water fun (please use with care and supervision).
Sleeping up to 10 guests across four bedrooms â including an impressive upstairs principal suite with ensuite, desk and deck â the home also includes a separate laundry with washer and dryer and plenty of storage for boats and beach gear. Pets are welcome. Linen and towels are provided â please bring your own beach towels.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on front, rear garden unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.
You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. Itâs also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
