On the ground floor, you will enter the living room, which features a fully equipped kitchen area with an oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and hob. A seating area with a sofa, television, and dining table are also available. Wi-Fi is available. You will have one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. You will also benefit from a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
You will enjoy the two terraces: one covered with garden furniture and another with a parasol, garden table, barbecue, and four deckchairs. You will also enjoy the 3,000 m² of unfenced land shared with the owner, including 800 m² of private land for the gîte. Ping-pong table. Baby equipment: crib, high chair. Linens, electricity, and heating are included. Towels are €15/person/change. Sheets are €15/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning: €70. 7 km from Montignac (all shops and the Lascaux International Centre for Cave Art), detached 60 m² house near the owners' house. The Les Hortensias gîte is ideally located near the castles of the Dordogne Valley and the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley.
