Close to Eagle Street Pier, Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane.

The Neighborhood:
Just 5 minutes walk up the road in Turbot Street there is a small shopping centre with Woolworths, BWS, pharmacy and Doctorâs. If you are doing a big shop there is parking there for you.
Eagle St Pier is a short walk towards the river. There you will have many choices for eateries from fine dining, takeaways and also its buzzing of an afternoon at the many bars on offer.
Getting Around:
You can leave the car and walk everywhere. There is a bus stop directly out the front of the building.
Other Things to Note:
There is a library and lounge area on the 1st floor where you can enjoy sitting and reading or working. It is an excellent area to have meetings with clients.
