The main living area is light-filled with huge windows framing spectacular ocean and coastal views. It features comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and an open-plan flow to the dining room. The dining space has a long wooden table, seating for eight, and a built-in coffee/serving bar with sleek cabinetry. The stylish, fully-equipped kitchen features contemporary stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a functional workspace with views out to the sea.
A second, large living area offers a private, cozy retreat perfect for relaxation, featuring plush sofas and a large TV, complete with its own split-system air conditioning/heating unit.
The sleeping arrangements are:

For recreation, there is a dedicated, enclosed courtyard featuring a basketball hoop. A massive, unsealed gravel area provides plenty of space for parking multiple cars or caravans, in addition to the nearby garage structure.

Car: Ample off-street parking is available for multiple cars, boats, or trailers in the large gravel parking area and driveway. This is the recommended way to explore the region, with easy access to the Bass Highway for day trips.
Bus: The property is near a stop for the local public bus network (Route 175), which offers regular service (hourly on weekdays and Saturdays) to the Devonport City Interchange in the CBD.
Ferry: The Spirit of Tasmania terminal is located minutes away in East Devonport.
Airport: Devonport Airport (DPO) is a short taxi or shuttle ride (approx. 8-10 minutes) from the property.
Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the kitchen, two living areas, dining room, the private covered deck with the spa tub, the open deck, and the fenced yard/fire pit area. Please note: A separate toilet area on the property is disabled and not available for guest use.
