Enjoy your stay in our one bedroom deluxe suite on the 32nd floor (Tower 1) overlooking the pool. Located in the heart of Las Vegas just walking distance from New York New York, the Pink Flamingo and Margaritaville. Also right next to Top Golf for some adult or family fun. This suite includes a king bed, queen sized pull out couch, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and jet tub.
NOTE: This unit does NOT have a balcony.

Take advantage of the FREE valet parking, private guest check-in, FREE WiFi, Starbucks on the main floor, workout gym and pool! The pool is 21 and over in Tower 1 and there is a kid friendly pool just a short distance in Tower 2.

Nice location, easy access to th Monorail!

Nice location. While the room overlooks the pool, be advised that the DJ pool is directly below and you'll hear the beat of the music but it ends at 5 PM, so no issues getting a good nights sleep!. Great communication throughout!!

very quiet place and nice to relax after a busy day. Having a small fridge and appliances made mornings very nice and relaxing. Easy access to the south end of the strip

We had an amazing time!

Our room was exactly as described and was very clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating to our early arrival and late checkout. I did a lot of research of the area to find something that we could walk to just about everything we wanted to do. We found this location to be perfect!! We would definitely stay again.

Short Vegas Trip

My wife and I stayed here for our weekend trip to Vegas. We had a great stay and enjoyed the space. It was exactly as described in the listing, and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here again.

Girls’ Trip 21st Birthday

This is a lovely property to stay at while visiting Las Vegas. It met all our needs with access to the MGM and surrounding area. The hosts were accommodating on a late check out since our flight left later in the afternoon. Couldn’t ask for better service. I’d definitely recommend and if I have a need to visit again I will definitely book here again.

Holtel stay

Great location, pool visible from window a plus! Great coffee selection! Price very reasonable. Lack of enough towels ( only 3 thin ones provided for a 5 day stay) found a pair of socks that did not belong to us under bed, and two days water temperature was lukewarm.

The Best Host Ever

The signature is always a good choice because its well situated. The check in process is always easy and you're not too far from anything on the strip. The best part of this stay however was the host. She was the most attentive I've ever experienced. You're in good hands with her.

NFL Vegas Getaway

Love staying at the Signature Suites, and VRBO is the way to go! Perfect proximity to Allegiant Stadium. Suite has all that you need. And our host Shari was fantastic. We are very appreciative. Vegas is our go to twice a year. Next trip we will definitely do the same. Thank YOU!
