Inside Casa Palmilla, walls of glass frame views of the custom pool and spa, complete with a soothing waterfall feature. Oversized Fleetwood sliding doors in the main living areas and primary suite seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. With 4,513 square feet of space, this home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
The main home features three large en-suite bedrooms plus a powder room, all with tall ceilings and generous proportions. The detached casita includes a bedroom with an en-suite bath, living room with a sleeper sofa, wet bar with refrigerator, and a two-sided fireplaceâoffering privacy and comfort for guests. Three bedrooms feature king beds (the primary with an adjustable electronic bed), and the fourth offers twin beds.
The primary suite is privately located and includes a spacious sleeping and sitting area, dual vanities, a make-up vanity, walk-in closet, oversized dual-head shower, and separate soaking tub. Sliding doors open to a private covered patio with direct access to the pool and spa. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.
The Neighborhood:
Ideally located just minutes from La Quintaâs best attractions. Old Town La Quintaâs restaurants and shops are a quick drive or bike ride away, while world-class golf at PGA West and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden are close by. The Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds are less than 15 minutes away, and Palm Springs International Airport is about 30 minutes from the home.
Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.
Other Things to Note:
The owner provides a monthly utility allowance that covers normal usage during your stay. Additional or excessive usageâsuch as higher pool heating costsâmay exceed this allowance. Any utility charges beyond the included cap will be the tenantâs responsibility.
