Great location with new pier, double hammock between large trees beside pier, fire pit/grill combo with wood to burn, nice new patio furniture, open floorplan, raised ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, box fan, 2 bedrooms-1 king and 1 queen, leather sleeper sofa, extra deep tub/shower with nice combo rain shower head and extra hand-held one, 3 new large smart TVs, wifi, kitchen/dining with stove, DW, microwave, coffeepot, and equipped for all basic cooking and dining needs. Long attached carport accommodates two vehicles back to back. 1st Monday shopping, Brookshires grocery store and Walmart supercenter are all less than a mile away.

Excellent location for anything you want to do in town!

We came for First Monday and it was perfect for 4 people. Lots of interest decorations. I felt like I was staying at a family members house. Nice beds, pillows, sheets and towels. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great experience and hosts

Really enjoyed our stay ! Was a great location with easy access to Canton Days. The beds were so comfortable , home was cosy, clean and enjoyed sitting on the deck by the pond too

This is the most fantastic and homey place I’ve ever stayed! Very very comfortable and clean! Wonderful and reasonably priced! Host was WONDERFUL!

Relaxing and peaceful getaway

Well kept beautiful property. Husband and I had an absolute peaceful and relaxing stay. Especially enjoyed sitting on the dock, fishing while soaking in the scenery. Thank you, Christy and Terry for a wonderful stay.

Good little get away

House was very cozy and had everything that you need. Great stay just outside the city… good fishing for the kids and fire pit all within arms reach… nearby to first Monday and yesterland. Definitely would come back.

precious house close to Trade days

girls trip to Canton Trade days. spent 3 nights. just as described. Cute house with such sweet hosts! only complaint is the traffic by the house and that is NOTHING the host can do anything about! we loved our stay there and would recommend it to everyone! I will definitely stay there again!

FANTASTIC COTTAGE

This little place was perfect. Its minutes from First Monday. Loved the private lake and deck. The owners are very attentive and make sure your needs are taken care of. Highly recommend this property. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy a little oasis..Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our girls getaway

There is some road noise being by a busy ish road but between the TV and playing games it was by no means a nuisance. Christy was amazing with communicating and timeliness. The convenience of this location is impeccable. We were literally 1 mile from everything (Brookshires, Walmart, trade days, restaurants). This home will be a reoccurring stay for our canton trips!

This home checked off all our boxes plus more. Located only minutes from First Monday. The pond behind the house is so nice, we sat on the pier visiting and feeding the fish A LOT! Chisty was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The house has everything you may need plus more. Will 100% book this one again in the future

Cutest little home

This house is the perfect location if you are in Canton for First Monday Trade Days. It’s so cute and clean and has the best little fishing pond for catch and release fishing. They also provide fishing poles which is an added bonus! We would definitely recommend it and will stay here again!
