Welcome to our executive style basement suite in a family friendly neighborhood with seperate secure private entrance in the Southeast of Edmonton! This new property is designed to provide you with all the comforts of your home. The suite boasts a well-equipped kitchen w drip coffee machine/toaster/all cooking necessities with full stove and a cozy living area with modern sofa bed,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Our basement suite includes its own laundry a tub/shower combo, offering convenience and comfort for everyone.
Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV, which includes Telus Optik TV with Sportsnet, news, and other channels, along with Netflix & Amazon Prime.
A limited starter pack of consumables like ground coffee, tea bags, sugar/splenda, snacks and toilet paper provided for each room. For Mid-term and long term stays guests are to provide for themselves.
The side entrance is fitted with a security railing, ensuring a safe and enjoyable space for all guests. Free parking is provided on the right side of the main driveway making it easy to come and go as you please.
Our location is ideal for families, with a school and large green space just a short walk away. The community is surrounded by scenic ponds and walking paths, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and relaxation.
