Welcome to Sanctuary by the Sea 1115, your ultimate beachfront retreat in Santa Rosa Beach. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo offers a luxurious escape for up to 8 guests. Step inside to find a spacious, modern open-concept layout with stunning ocean views. The living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and access to a private balcony with Gulf views. The second bedroom features a king-size bed with its own en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers two double beds and a full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.
