This Lovely Designer One-Bedroom is compact and comfortable, just over 780 square feet of Paradise, for a price you can't refuse. Designer decorated and ready for occupancy. On site 24 hour Security, your own parking space on the property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Being in Building B it is so quiet and serene that you will actually love it you have no noise from the road or the pool and it is peaceful, all you have to do is take a 2 minute walk to the pool. There is a very nice bathroom and seating area at the pool.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 A/C units, Satellite TV, Mexican Land Line so that you can make local calls and receive any calls from family and friends, Wi-Fi in room so you can SKYPE who ever you need, Maid Service, 2 infinity pools on property, manicured gardens and a fantastic view overlooking La Ropa Beach. It is an easy walk to La Ropa Beach and a hike to town (buses and taxis are always an option).

There is an abundance of wonderful restaurants nearby. The two infinity pools are pure relaxation, overlooking the sparkling Zihuatanejo Bay. The grounds, meticulously maintained, are landscaped with a large variety of local fruits and colorful flowers.
Lay by the pool and enjoy your vacation. This is a very private and quiet condo beautifully decorated for your lovely stay in Zihuatanejo. This unit does not have a balcony but it has a very open kitchen area that opens up like you are on a balcony.

2% IVA Tax and 15% Mexican Tax is not included in the Rates.

A $250.00 Security Deposit for any damages has to be submitted with payment. This Security Deposit will be returned within two weeks after departure, the condo has to be inspected, and the deposit will be released.

Great stay

Loved everything, Don was very responsive and Dulce the property manager was lovely and extremely helpful.I am 65 and I enjoyed the stairs, my legs have never been so toned, I feel 50 again !Pool was amazing and quiet, most days we were alone

Love This Place in LaRopa!

We've stayed in LaRopa before at this building, and a different condo this time. Location is excellent. The hill coming home can be a challenge to walk up but cabs were so cheap. The unit is small but perfect size for 2 people. Well-stocked kitchen and a nice view of the water.Ample linens and comfortable bed. A/C worked great. Pool floaties were provided. We spent lots of time at the infinity pool which has a spectacular view. Friendly staff.

Casa Que Ve a la Mar

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in your beautiful casa and pool. Met some amazing neighbours and certainly got a workout with the hill. We’ve just discovered Zihuatanejo and we love it. Muchas Gracias for sharing su casa!! We’d love to come back for longer

Beautiful place. The views & pools were amazing. Quite a hike up from La Ropa Beach but doable. We would rebook this property again.

A Wee Slice of Heaven

My husband and I stayed in this condo for the first week of December and loved every single minute. The views, service, location, people, the list goes on .... were all incredible. If you are feeling unsure of renting a VRBO in Zihuantanejo, jump into this rental with both feet. You will not be disappointed. p.s. if you are worried about the hill, there are multiple options that will take you up or down. Definitely not a reason to shy away.

Gorgeous and Deliciously Cozy!!!

We absolutely loved this place! Spotless, lovely decor, everything you need, well maintained and safe property, close to many restaurants and the beach! You cannot go wrong at this place!! I highly recommend - the bedroom is an amazing nest, we slept like babies!

Great Stay!

The condo was the perfect set-up and location for our vacation! it was exactly as the listing stated, very clean and the perfect place to make breakfast before a big day in town. It had great amenities, cooking supplies and toiletries (very helpful if you forget to bring something). Was close enough to walk down to the beach and into town if you’re feeling ambitious. Check-in process was easy, and the property manager is amazing. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Killer view

We spent two weeks in a one bedroom condo. We walked into town or strolled the beach every day. Playa la Ropa is scenic and offers many restaurants along the beachfront. The walk back up to the unit is steep but one can always call a taxi. Sunsets are spectacular. The two pools are a great place to cool off. Condo is well appointed.

Another great stay at Michele's

This was our second stay in this great little condo. Michele is so easy to deal with and so helpful. The staff are great and a number if resident owners are also full of useful information. The pictures really don't do the place justice as it is even better than it appears! Next time we are back in Zihua we will definitely rent from Michele!

Great Place to Stay

Zijuatenejo has so much to offer, lush foliage, beautiful beach, cool authentic town, plenty of restaurants, fishing, etc! We loved staying at this place, the condo was perfect, nice to be able to cook and unwind and watch some TV at night. The ocean is great but it also was nice to relax in some freshwater with a great view. These condos are up on a big, steep hill (thus the good views) so I would not recommend it to elderly or handicapped people unless you want to cab everywhere. We did not mind the hill, just a way to walk off all those tacos :)

Great for a Couple

The condo is in a beautiful and safe complex. Fantastic views of the bay from either infinity pool. Property staff are friendly and accommodating. The unit itself is perfect for two. Tastefully decorated and well equipped. There are floating loungers and coolers for the pool, helpful guides for dining and excursions, kitchen supplies and basics for dining in. TV, WiFi for hanging out. Well located for heading to the beach or a stroll into town.. Zihua is hilly so bring your best walking shoes!

Perfect landing spot

We can't say enough about how great our trip was and how much Michele's little gem of a getaway was a part of that. The property was just as expected- lots of room and light, well appointed kitchen, comfy bed, welcoming neighbors. It was easy to find using Wayz and an easy in and out with our rental car as we did a lot of exploration outside of Zihuatanejo. Plus, it was walking distance to the beach, but up the hill enough to be away from the congestion and crowds. Michele was a great host. Super flexible and accommodating with last minute changes, she made sure that we felt taken care of. We definitely will be back again.

Cannot wait to return!

We have already booked for next year! Michelle’s beautifully decorated and well equipped unit is located in the Casa Que Ve al Mar complex. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The grounds are beautifully kept. Be sure to take advantage of the two stunning infinity pools. The condo unit is thoughtfully equipped with everything one needs to enjoy the sun and beach. The condo features an island kitchen with a view of the sunsets, a comfortable seating area, satellite tv, WI-FI. While this unit does not have a balcony, the large shuttered windows can be opened to bring in outside breezes and create an outdoor feel. The comments by other reviewers regarding the comfort of the bedroom are spot on. We truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. The owner is quick to respond to any questions.

Surpassed our Expectations

This charming one bedroom condo in the La Casa Que Ve Al Mar complex was just perfect for us. The unit had all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. We stayed for 6 weeks. The king bed was ultra comfortable and we enjoyed the twice a week maid service since it freed up our time to enjoy the sights. Although the condo lacked a balcony, we did not miss it since we spent our time enjoying the two wonderful infinity pools with their fantastic view of the Zihuatanejo Bay from the La Ropa side. This property is immaculately looked after and the location is perfectly situated for easy access to downtown or La Ropa beach. We love walking but taxis and buses are plentiful and easy to catch. The staff were very friendly and the guards were helpful and personable. We loved communicating with Michelle. She always got back to us in a timely fashion and most accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful 20th anniversary

My wife and I were looking for a nice, clean, quiet retreat on our 20th anniversary and that's what we got with Michele's little one bedroom condo. The partial ocean view is nice from the kitchen and stunning from the infinity pool. You feel like you're five hundred feet about the water and it's going to take twenty minutes to walk to the beach, but it actually takes only about 3 - 5 minutes of walking. The neighbors were all very charming and welcoming (especially as we returned from the beach and joined them in the pool). The grounds are maintained immaculately. The condo has everything you need (with the exception of perishable food items). But, maybe you don't want to stay in for dinner, downtown is about a 20 minute walk, a $0.50 bus ride away (comes every 15 minutes), or cabs are a phone call away at the guard house. Here, you can find a vast variety of excellent restaurants and a ton of shops. Oh yeah, the beaches also have wonderful restaurants (we became partial to Patty's). I will definitely want to stay here again when we head back down this way and recommend it to my family and friends for their future vacations. This town and condo are as advertised and one hell of a bargain. PS. Michele is also very fun to talk to. :)

Quaint & Cozy Spot for a Mexican Siesta with Views of the Sunset

Michelle's place at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar was the ideal for our week-long Mexican siesta. This unit is very cozy and quiet. The crashing waves can be heard throughout the night. We cooked many meals in and this place had every utensil and appliance needed to make that happen. The unit was clean. Eliezer was attentive and helpful. The "regulars" who own other units are all extremely friendly and willing to share secrets of the town and the surrounding area. This is in a perfect location. Playa La Ropa is a quiet, chill area of Zihua. Although it is not a dense part of the city there is still a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance on the main road and on the beach, just a five minute walk away. It is worth it to make the walk to Playa Las Gatas. And the city center is a 5 minute taxi ride (40 pesos) from the condo. The infinity pools at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar offer the greatest view in the bay - facing sunset each evening. A few times we read books, sipped drinks (in plastic cups, of course), and went swimming til after the sun set. You could even see the sun set from the kitchen in the unit. The only downside during our stay was that the hot water in the shower didn't last too long. But to some that may not be such a big deal. Michelle is a friendly and responsive owner/host. She has a beautiful, quaint place that will make a warm and relaxing home for your stay in Zihua! Our stay was fun and very memorable.

La Ropa

Loved our time in Zihau. Weather was excellent. The infinity pool & the views of the bay are outstanding. The grounds of the Property are beautifully maintained. Dolce was easy to deal with and the owner was quick to respond when we had a few small issues. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing we really missed was a balcony. The open windows & bar stools just didn’t cut it. Next time we would opt for a unit with a balcony.

Fantastic Time at La Casa Que Ve al Mar

Our 3 week stay at La Casa Que Ve al Mar has been fantastic! The condo is exactly as described and the complex is beautifully maintained with one of the best infinity pool views in Zihautanejo. Check in was easy & efficient, communication with the property manager (Dulce) has been fantastic and always helpful. 5 star recommendation!
