Bli bländad av fantastiska solnedgångar från överallt i denna nya arkitektoniska enhet. Detta 2 sovrum med king size-sängar och 2 badrum, kan också ha ett rum med två enkelsängar för familjer. Utsikten över Zihuatanejo konkurrerar med den italienska Amalfikusten. Denna helt nya (2018) och nyinredda lägenhet har en öppen planlösning med däck för utsikt över solnedgången. Gå till restauranger på några minuter och sitta direkt ovanför de bästa stränderna med utsikt över hamnen och staden. *** Det sker en byggnad nästa butik i oktober. Priser justeras på grund av detta.

Byggnaden i sig är en fantastisk skapelse med moderna kurvor, high end finish och en härlig infinity pool. Njut av anpassade möbler tillsammans med ett fullt utrustat gourmetkök med alla rostfria vitvaror och plattskärms-tv. Gratis WIFI och säkerhet. Byggnaden har en hiss för bekvämlighet, om du inte föredrar att gå den sakkunnigt utformade mauriska trappan som också är jättekul!

Ta en simtur eller lounger på pooldäcket när du sitter ovanför havet. Om du hellre skulle dyka i havet, ta handduken och raka ner direkt till stranden. Denna plats är den bästa i stadens sträckande La Ropa Beach och Playa La Madera och ligger intill det trendiga, upp och kommande Madera restaurangdistriktet. Du kan gå överallt du behöver, även downtown. Om du vill äta på high end Tentaciones Restaurant kan du också besöka det enkelt också. Det är mindre än en fem minuters promenad upp Escenica La Ropa.

Varje morgon i Zihua, ner på stranden, glider tiotals träbåtar upp på sanden, tunga med färsk fisk. Inom lång tid kommer fiskmarknaden till liv i det tidiga solljuset. Ishinkar tömmer, fiskarnas samtal, folk skrattar. Lokala kockar, taco står och familjer kommer ner, alla fräsar bland båtarna för att samla sin dagliga fångst. För oss i Zihua är det en tidlös ritual - helt enkelt en del av att leva här. Men för besökare är fiskmarknaden en viktig lokal upplevelse. Detta är den riktiga staden, opolerad. Zihua Visit

This is a very nice condo and we enjoyed staying here. The rental contact was responsive and helpful when we had questions. This is in a good location and has a taxi stand very close.

Perfect beach vacation with best friends

You will not find a more amazing property. Perfect for 2 couples - easy to make meals but so so so many amazing restaurants near - we must come back to try more. We loved all the walking into town, to many beaches. The view never stopped taking our breath away.Rachel was great to work with and on site employees so kind and helpful.

Exellent relaxing stay

Perfect location. Close to several restaurants and beaches. Even the grocery store is within walking distance. And the view is fantastic. The accommodation was spot on. Very spacious. Jullien was very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Amazing time

We had the most amazing time at the condo. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. The views and pools were great after a hot day. There wasn’t one thing we would change about the accommodations and will definitely be booking here on our next trip to Zihu.

Just a great as the pictures make it! This home is wonderful! Located within walking distance to many restaurants. Relax at the property pool or hang at the beach! Rachel was very responsive when needed and I would definitely come back and recommend this property!

Amazing place in Zihua

Excellent stay, communication, support, and views! We loved to open air living and kitchen area as well as the ability to close the bedroom doors and have a cool night sleep. Check-in was a breeze. I wasn't sure about the plunge pool but it was awesome for when you just needed a quick cool down. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the place! Fantastic view and the location was perfect to us. Cabs right outside the front door, easy to get to the beach or downtown. Very clean, comfortable bed, ac worked great. Relaxing dip pool on the balcony. And did I mention the view?

Perfect Stay in a Great Location

I just spend a week here and I loved every minute of it. The apartment is immaculately maintained and is in a brand new, very architectural building with a great view of Playa Madera and Zihuatanejo Bay. Rachel was super nice and very accommodating as was Hugo. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Location

Couldn't ask for a better location & views. Walking distance to all the local beaches, markets, grocery store and various restaurants. Cabs readily available if needed. Pool area quiet & relaxing with the ocean just steps away for waves. Julien is awesome, met us when we arrived, made sure we had all we needed and answered all of our questions during our stay, Ziggy is very helpful & on-site regularly, greatly appreciated. Would stay at this location again.

WOW!! What an amazing property!

Everything about this condo is wonderful--the location, the view and the furnishings/decor. The a/c works great, which is a good thing, because it was hot & humid when we were there! The plunge pool on the patio is refreshing to cool off after a day exploring Zihua. The community infinity pool and the patio is great, with comfortable loungers and nice tables. Many days we had the pool to ourselves until late afternoon. The check in process was easy, as was the check out. We've already reserved for next year!

Lovely place in Zihuantanejo

We spent two weeks in Rachael’s wonderful condo and loved everything about it! The pictures on the website are very accurate. The view was fantastic and we could easily walk to town, restaurants and both of the main beaches. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for preparing meals. We used the infinity pool daily and the individual dipping pool was great after returning from a hot walk. Hugo is friendly, accommodating and always available for advice and information. We hope someday we can visit Zihuantanejo again and stay in the condo!

I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Julian contacted me, arranged airport transfers and was waiting upon arrival. Quiet, immaculate, and a view to die for. Everything was in great condition. A/C worked flawlessly (hard to find here) and bathrooms were amazing with plenty of hot water. (Also hard to find here). This will definitely be a repeat!

Amazing!

We can’t say enough about our Zihuatanejo experience! The condo was exactly as described and Julian made sure we had everything we needed. We loved how we could open up the condo for the open air experience but close the glass wall in the evening. The entire property was very well maintained and luxurious. We enjoyed Madera beach for the restaurants but La Ropa beach is the best for just hanging out on the sand to get sun and play in the ocean. If you are looking for a place to go to get away and destress Zihuatanejo is the place! Just be ready for some major humidity & heat if going May-September. We will definitely visit again and stay at Rachel’s condo. We had a wonderful vacation!

Great location, excellent views!

Property as pictured (beautiful!) and had plenty of room for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids ages 12 and 15.) About a 15 minute walk to town and 5 minutes to Madera beach. We would like to suggest having more than one bathroom towel per person since you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you stay 10 days (we stayed 7.) I have no problem reusing my towel, but by day 5 it would have been nice to have a fresh one as the humidity is so high things just don't dry out quickly. Two more small matters-- more than one pillow per person would have also been nice and we tried to request a new fitted sheet for the master bed as the sheet/elastic was worn out and kept coming off the bed and getting tangled while we slept which was uncomfortable. Honestly, though, none of these things would prevent us from coming back again and we are still rating this a 5/5!

A Perfect Zihuatanejo Stay

When we arrived and opened the door, the view took my breath away. It is probably the best view I have ever seen from a rental place. And Rachel's condo in Zihuatanejo was perfect for our vacation in multiple ways. The condo is a modern and beautiful peaceful retreat overlooking Playa Madera just below and Zihuatejo in the background, plus the hills beyond. The view is equally outstanding at night when all the lights sparkle across the bay, the town and hillside. In the building, there's a pool two floors down - with this same amazing view - and a plunge pool on the condo balcony. The kitchen had everything we could need, and it was a great place for the four of us to make meals and hang out together. The condo staff, Hugo and his assistant, were friendly and very helpful. The location is super convenient to get to both Playa La Ropa and Playa Madera and many excellent restaurants. We did not need a car and were able to venture out for many excellent adventures. Finally, Zihuatanejo is a wonderful vacation place with lots of small restaurants and hotels, and many outdoor activities. We will definitely come back to Zihuatanejo and hopefully to Rachel's amazing condo again.

Amazing property! perfect location!

I can't say enough about how amazing our stay was here. We rented it based on no reviews which I normally never do, though after speaking with the owners we decided to give it a go. Thank goodness we did!!The property is brand new, very secure and safe. It has a plunge pool right outside the master bedroom and accessible from the living room area, which we soaked in all the time with cocktails taking in the breathtaking views. The weather was warm due to the time of year, though the place has A/C which helped at certain times of the day though we really enjoyed the open air feel of the unit. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was fully loaded with all brand new appliances, washer and dryer, furniture all brand new and comfortable. Decorated very well. We cooked in quite a bit and even when to the fish market down the street and bought fresh fish. The property is in walking distance to great restaurants and shops. also has direct beach access for beach walks. We are a bit older so having the elevator and not having to climb stairs to get in and out was super helpful. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed and they have a property manager who is a class act. The common area infinity pool was beautiful. We have stayed in many places in the area and this is our favorite. We will be back!

We ventured to Zihua in November of 2016 and fell in love with the place and the people. It's a small, fishing village, that's retained it's charm for many years coupled with wonderful beaches and restaurants and modern amenities. We knew we would visit again and again.

A famous architect designed and built the property. It's in the perfect location to walk everywhere. It's unusual for it's curvaceous design concept. It's a very, high end property. Each unit has lots of privacy. There are only 2 units per level.
