The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, and a L'OR Barista coffee machine with milk frother. There is also a dining table.
Two dedicated work areas cater to productivity: a bright, window-lined Sunroom/Workroom with a desk and armchairs, and a separate, dedicated Study Nook with a monitor setup.
The property also boasts an outdoor patio with dining seating and a clean, modern bathroom with a shower.

Guests will have exclusive access to the 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, the full kitchen, the two dedicated study spaces, the outdoor patio, and all common areas of the property (excluding the two locked, private owner's rooms).
Guests can enjoy the convenience of off-street parking for up to two cars, a rare advantage in this central location.
Important Note on Entry: The front entry door has a deadlock that requires the key to remain inserted on the inside in order for guests to unlock it from the outside.
Please note: This property operates as a shared office space. Two rooms will remain locked and are reserved exclusively for the ownersâ private use.
