Beautiful and clean place. Perfectly located for all the events and sites we wanted to see. Great neighborhood, felt safe coming and going late at night. Definitely would rebook and recommend to anyone.Communication with host was spot on, received plenty of information before even asking.

Great location and accomodations. Would definitely stay here again! The fenced in back yard made it easy to secure our Catrikes while at the State Fair. The location was prime for cycling the many trails.

Our stay at this rental was excellent. We lacked for nothing as the living room area was very comfortable and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Everything was clean. Two good nights of sleep. We all enjoyed the place, yard and surroundings - great location. Overall, our visit was enhanced by our stay here. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property very much. The apartment was sparkling clean and met all our needs. There are shops and casual restaurants nearby, and pleasant tree-lined neighborhoods for our morning strolls. We cooked many of our meals, made use of the laundry, and (most importantly!) slept well. We highly recommend this property.

Great location. Everything we needed was there. Worked well to have a yard for the dogs. Our only hiccup was a odd smell, coming from the basement we think. Once we opened the windows and were there for a bit, it disappeared. Cute property and easy check in and check out. Would recommend!

Quick walk to Minnehaha Falls. Lovely outfitted place with a full kitchen. Had a small bbq in the fenced backyard. Would definitely rebook. Easy parking. Centrally located.

The home was very clean, fenced in backyard for the dogs was great, safe area with restaurants, coffee shops and groceries easily accessible. I did not realize it was a duplex. Someone else was staying in the adjacent unit but we still felt safe.

Great to have parking, easy access, and the fenced-in yard is a huge plus for those traveling with dogs. If you aren't a dog person, you wouldn't know that pets have stayed there because it's very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

My senior Yorkiepoo, Bennie, and I found the space and location to be perfect for a week long getaway. Minnehaha Falls is very dog friendly and an easy walk from the house. I ate twice a the Asian Duck Cafe. Very good food at reasonable prices. I spent a lot of time writing in the house. Lots of windows, natural light was fabulous, AND the blackout shades allowed me to have a couple of peaceful naps.

Property was very clean! The kitchen is small but VERY well appointed Loved being within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop and Minnehaha park.
