Desert Escape at Coral Springs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can sleep up to 8 people! The master bathroom has a raised jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a walk-in shower and a lengthy double vanity that ensures you have plenty of space to get ready for the day. With a spacious walk-in closet and King size bed with a TV, the master bedroom has plenty of space for everything you need! Two smaller guest rooms off the living room share an additional large bathroom with plenty of counter space and a shower. Room 2 features a queen bed and TV, while room 3 features a TV and two full beds. After a day of Southern Utah Fun, relax on the balcony and grill some food or roast marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace. After a relaxing soak in your jacuzzi tub, curl up on the couch to watch a movie, or relax in front of the gas fireplace! Awesome Stay!

Great place, great location, and great amenities. Communication was clear and efficient. The outdoor space was amazing for a morning cup of coffee or for evening meals by the fire. Great view and would recommend.

Nice stay in the desert

Great stay with easy parking options and a short walk to the clubhouse. even though it is close to the highway you really don't hear traffic noise.

Great location!

We loved staying here! Very clean, lots of room, and close to many southern Utah activities. The year round indoor pool was a hit with our little kids during the cold months. We will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect Trip

Amazing experience!

Best place we've stayed! Very accommodative and communicative! Loved this condo so much. Super clean and we enjoyed all the activities. Hope the new builds on the north dude don't ruin the view, we plan to come back!

As return visitors to Coral Springs in Hurricane, we remain so happy to have found this gem of a village. We spent more time in St. George hiking and dining this year. We visited Zion, Bryce Canyon and Snow Canyon for hiking. 🥾 perfect place to say for our group of 7!

Beautiful place

We stayed in this condo to visit the state and national parks. Everything in the area is beautiful and we had a great experience. The unit is pretty well stocked, and spacious. The view is beautiful and we spend lots of time on the balcony. There is construction going on, but doesn’t keep you from seeing the mountains. Had no problems checking in or out, and would definitely stay here again!

Southern Utah Getaway

Rented this unit for a mountain biking trip in the Hurricane area. It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of riding the awesome trails in the area. Unit was very clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. Everything we needed was in the unit and felt just like home. The whole reservation process including check in and check out was easy and seem less. Would definitely come back to this unit and highly recommend

Large comfortable condo near Interstate 15

Coral Springs was a large spacious condo that served us well for our excursions into Zion. You drive through all the little towns between the interstate and Zion’s entrance, which were interesting to see. Read ALL the instructions for check-in even if your GPS gets you to the resort. We tried to get into the condo from the parking lot. Walk around to the front of the building to get in.

It worked for us

We had difficulty getting into the condo as the outside door was locked and it was after hours. My son had to climb over a tall metal door to let us into where the keypad was. The door to the patio was quite broken and the workman came and said they'd been trying to fix it for quite some time. Some other aspects were confusing (kitchen was labe led with items that were not there and I was worried we'd be charged but I notified manager and it was OK.; no key fob for pool, etc.) The place was not fully clean (under bed had not been vacuumed - there was a condom under the bed (unopened), sink was clogged - which they fixed, etc.). But, other than that, the place fully met our expectations and we were able to use the facilities, relax and enjoy our stay.

Love Coral Springs and we have stayed in other Coral Spring units in the past and been very happy with them but this unit appears that it needs a little maintenance. We had to rewash all dishes and glasses because you could not see through any of the glasses and plates were sticky. Had to scrub off burned on matter on bottoms of frying pans. Very few items were replaced where they belonged. Silverware had hard water stains and only 3 teaspoons and 3-4 tablespoons. We dropped a few ice cubes on floor and where we wiped up the paper towel was black. Windows were dirty. Bathrooms and bedrooms were good. One barstool rung kept falling out. Couch arm had holes all over in the leather. No dish rags, only old sponges. Made 4-5 calls because we could not control the temperature in the unit. There was a sign above the thermostat that said not to turn any lower than 70 but it showed 78 in the unit and could not be changed. Property managers sent a maintenance person who was unable to change anything but said it was fine. Property management staff were courteous and kind but did not have enough knowledge to solve our problem. One property management person told us they had had trouble with this unit in the past because the AC froze up often. She turned our AC off for about an hour and turned it back on. St George was 104 at that time. Several times we were told we should be able to control the temp and they sent an HVAC person scheduled for 10:30 am but apparently he came at 9:00 just prior to our unlocking the gate. The last person we talked to finally told us we had no control over the temperature, that is was a Smart appliance and only their office could control it. I asked what the temperature should be and she said 73. At that time the thermostat showed 78 but within a short time it went down to 73 and stayed there the rest of our visit? All of this made our short visit kind of stressful. I definitely would like to stay at Coral Springs again but would definitely not choose this unit in the future and most likely not this property management company.

We loved the place! Really appreciated the basics like sugar, salt, pepper and the items that are never guarantees but at least not thrown away in between guests. Also the box fans for noise and black out curtains. Very nice place and awesome amenities! Just an hour to 3 hours to all the National Parks and hikes we had planned. Host was not readily available. Number given just always rang through.
