Summary:
Nianna SeaCastles is an ultra modern 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in a quaint gated community in the Rose Hall area. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking - 180 degrees of emerald Caribbean Sea directly in front of you, lush gardens lined with 50 foot palm trees to the sides. The property has a mile-long golden sand beach, lap pool and restaurant. We provide complimentary access to the Rose Hall Beach Club.

Nianna SeaCastles is located in the private and gated community of SeaCastles at Rose Hall. This is a fully remodeled and newly refurbished penthouse apartment. It features 2 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wonderful outdoor patio with unobstructed views, panoramic ocean and beach views from the living room as well as from both the bedrooms. The bottom floor bedroom has a king size bed and the upper bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. Both bathrooms are well furnished with black galaxy granite, marble sinks, TOTO toilets and Hansgrohe rainshowers, ensuring a luxurious feeling. Both bedrooms and living room have AC, WiFi, smart TVs, black-out curtains and sufficient storage space.

Towels are provided and refreshed every four days. There is a lap size newly refurbished pool in the complex and is private only for the use of the permanent residents and short term guests of the complex, the beach is a must-visit. Your stay with us comes with free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club, open from 9am-5pm daily, located two minutes away by car.

The kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space with a comfortable 4-seater dining table and a 3-seater daybed-sofa that can accommodate an adult or 2 children for sleeping purpose.

Several parking slots are available in front and on the side of the building where the penthouse is situated.

The gated community in which our luxurious apartment is situated is slightly dated, it does have an antiquated feel to it but plans are in place for a revamp.

If you fancy a round of golf the penthouse lies in very close proximity to 3 internationally rated courses – The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill.

Guest Access:
In order to enter the penthouse our beloved guests will be given a 4 digit entry code for the electronic lock. This is a contactless entry as per COVID recommended guidelines. Guests have full access to the entire unit entire use of the complex – swimming pool and beach.

The Neighborhood:
The SeaCastles gated community is a sprawling multi-acre beach front property full of cosmopolitan tenants and unit owners, many of whom congregate by the near-olympic size lap pool or mile-long sandy beach. To the west of SeaCastles is the Golden Corridor of Tourism home to the Hilton Hotel & Water Park, The Cinnamon Hill, White Witch & Half Moon Golf Courses, the Montego Bay Convention Centre, The Jewel Grande, Half Moon and Hyatt hotels. For shopping and groceries both the Main Street Jamaica and Half Moon Village are within a 5 minutes drive. The world famous Scotchies Jerk eatery is located at Main Street Shopping Centre just 3 minutes away.

To the east is the town of Greenwood which has a brand new multi-isle supermarket, large hardware and fantastic beach front dining spot apply named the "Chillout Hut". A further 1 minute away is the Far Out Fish Hut which serves the best escovitch fish on the island, be prepared for a long wait but it is worth it, try to pre-order.

Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

At an additional fee laundry and cooking services are available. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Nianna.

This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Everything was as said it was but you will have to buy everything you need to cook salt, pepper, sugar, and you will need to bring towels if you’re staying for more than a few days. This was a very beautiful view of the ocean and the pool was astonishing next time in Jamaica I will be staying in this beautiful two-story.

This is an in-depth and honest review of this property and the management company Hospitality Experts (HE). I am taking my time to write this review because I think it is the best way to show my appreciation for their genuine hospitality. The property. It’s under some construction, but the room itself is immaculate. I call this property the hidden gem. The view, beach, pool its all amazing and quite the experience. Mind you I said the property is under construction and for what we paid for a penthouse it’s an awesome deal folks. The services. The company earned its title Hospitality Experts and let me explain why. We had an AC malfunction when we arrived and Neena was very quick and responsive to this problem. Neena helped us out with all our transportation, information, everything, and anything you need while you are here you text a number and boom it’s done. Really cool. Don’t be shocked by transportation cost. Gas is very expensive here and Uber is unreliable, and you never know who will be driving you. Using their service you are guaranteed an awesome driving experience and if you’ve been to Jamaica you know what I mean. The deli. Folks, I don’t have the words to describe the delicious food the deli has. I was not expecting it because some of the food I had elsewhere was not very good. HE deli was so good, and everyone greets you with a smile and a hello welcoming people for sure. You don’t get this type of service or positive attitude everywhere.

My Quiet Little Woohsah
On a much anticipated overdue break.. and needing to recharge my soul.. my time spent at SeaCastles did not disappoint. Mr Frank.. my driver.. was very prompt and accommodating. Great energy. 😊 Upon arrival.. the setting was so idyllic that any external flaws were overlooked. The space was comfortable enough.. but the place to be (for me) was on the rooftop!!! There.. I chilled with Meditating Buddha.. ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!! LOVE HIM!!! ❤ My masseur.. Shaun.. was PHENOMENAL. Twice he pulled my body apart.. and then put me all back together again. THE GREATEST HANDS ON THE ISLAND!!!! 😊 And to satisfy my tastebuds.. Queen G's Restaurant (located right next door) was Awesome. Literally just 40 feet away. I tried everything. But the oxtails.. butter beans.. and festival were PERFECTLY ON POINT!!!
