Welcome to The Lodge at Gray's Crossing! This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath masterpiece boasts over 4,200 square feet of living space and 2 master king suites, plus a large media and game room. The property is equipped with hydronic heating, integrated sound throughout the residence, a massive chef's kitchen, a heated garage converted into a game room, hot tub, and extensive outdoor living space-making this the perfect spot for large family or friend reunions.

A great deal of thought was put into the layout of the house to ensure maximum enjoyment. From the individual personality of each bedroom, the extensive media and entertainment centers, to the collecting of items specifically for children 0-3 years old. We have attempted to think of every convenience you could possibly need for your trip, and probably a couple you didn't even know you wanted so that you can spend less time packing and more time relaxing.

Downstairs:
-Great room w/entertainment system with surround sound NUVO system, blue ray DVD, DVD library and Roku
-Chef's kitchen w/ two ovens, stocked pantry, variety of small appliances and breakfast bar that seats 4

-Outdoor dining table, seating, hot tub, gas grill and food prep/bar space
-2 bedrooms-1 king w/en suite bath and 1 queen w/en suite bath
-ADA complaint bathroom
-Washer/dryer and mudroom off garage

Garage:
-1 garage parking spot and Tesla charger
-heated "game room" equipped with pool table, ping pong, basketball, air hockey and skeeball
-A variety of toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sleds for year round fun

Upstairs:
-1 king master with en suite bath
-2 queen bedrooms share a bath
-Shared bath
-1 kid's game room/den furnished with 2 queen bunks (sleeps up to 2 adults or 8 kids under the age of 13 only per the new short term rental rules) and a variety of gaming options.

Gray's Crossing is in an ideal location, combining a tranquil setting with close proximity to the shopping and dining options of downtown Truckee and the world-class skiing of Northstar California. A championship golf course is at the epicenter of the complex and hiking and biking trails crisscross throughout the 750 acre community. Adventure is right outside the front door!

There is no AC. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
