Summary:
Amazing brand new home and vacation rental cabin in the Pigeon Forge just behind the Parkway. This Pigeon Forge cabin has and indoor pool, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and indoor Jacuzzi tub, accommodating large groups comfortably. The setting offers quite setting of the woods but close to the action and dining. Huge deck and 2 full-length decks complete with gas BBQ with two propane tanks, rocking chairs, and picnic tables for lazy afternoons. Come enjoy brand new luxury living at its finest.

THE CABIN:

This is a beautiful newly built cabin just a 2 minute drive to the Parkway. Perfect for multiple families. Here’s some details on this beautiful getaway:

— Sleeps 12.
— Private Indoor Pool. (heated to between 84-86 degrees year round)
— Private Hot Tub
— Gas BBQ with two propane tanks
— Private cabin at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac
— 4 bedrooms.
— Game Room
— 4.5 bathrooms.

— Internet-enabled TV’s in all bedrooms

— Whole house has WiFi throughout.
— No Pets Allowed

POOL RULES (PLEASE READ):

Pool is heated to between 84 and 86 degrees year round. Please keep in mind this is a pool and is by no means meant to be as warm as the hot tub upstairs.

Guest to shower before entry to remove any lotions, bug spray, natural body oils, make up and hair products as these have a negative effect on the pool water chemicals and clarity.

Guest should not add anything to pool water, bath salts, bath or spa oils, bubbles, soaps, glitter, colorings and the infamous bath bombs.

Guests that violate the pool rules will be charged $150.00 fine due to extra cleaning required.

— Living Room: Pull out queen sleeper sofa with 55" HDTV, two cozy lounge chairs (Sheets are kept in the bedroom closet on the main level in a plastic bag after they have been laundered)

— ROOM 1: Main level Master Bedroom has a amazing king bed, 32" 4K smart TV, large closet, it’s own bathroom, and large jacuzzi tub

— ROOM 2: Upstairs Bedroom 1 has amazing King bed, it’s own bathroom, and HDTV TV with smart apps. Bedroom also has attached full bath with shower and tub.

— ROOM 3: Upstairs Bedroom 2 has amazing King bed, it’s own bathroom, and HDTV TV with smart apps. Bedroom also has attached full bath with shower and tub.

— ROOM 4: Downstairs Bedroom 4 has amazing King bed, and 65" HDTV TV with smart apps. Bedroom also has common level full bath with shower and tub.

The brand new cabin is a great place to host a group of family or friends! Stocked full of board games, fully stocked kitchen with oven, spices and all the utensils you could need!

— Just a short 2 minute drive to the Parkway so you are just minutes from all the action, dining and tons of family fun.

THE KITCHEN:

All you need to bring is your food!
— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.
— Brand new stainless steel oven and stove.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and more!
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 12 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— coffee pot and keurig. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee on the deck in the woods
— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.

THE GAME ROOM:

— Video game for 4 players to keep the kids (and adults) busy
— Relaxing sofa bed that pulls out into queen sleeper. (Sheets are kept under the coffee table to end tables in a plastic bag after they have been laundered)
— Has a flat screen TV. Has all the channels and cable. Throw your favorite sports game, and watch the kids swim at the same time!
— Lots of seating in the game room with a bar top for all your family

LOCATION:

One of the best spots around! Less than a 5 drive to the Parkwaywith tons of restaurants, shopping and tons of family activities. If your not in the mood to brave the crowds the cabin is a very quiet place to enjoy the wilderness.

PARKING:
Park right in front of the home with spots for at least 4 vehicles right in front of the home. There is also two sets of stairs leading up to the front door of the home to access the front door. Please refer to pictures of the home exterior.

Excellent location

Beautiful home, pool seemed cooler than 85 degrees. Wonderful to relax in hot tub after day of activity. The hot tub steps were not accessible from side closest to house. Close to many sites and activities. One evening of late partying at one of the houses though quiet for rest of our week. Would rent again if in the area.

Vacation through grief

This stay was a getaway after my mom passed the same week. I was her fulltime caregiver and needed a rest. The host was amazing and so was the cabin. We would stay again.

Amazing place to stay and location was great!

This was the perfect cabin for my family and my 2 year old grandson, while adults was relaxing in the pool my daughter and I swam in the pool and played games with my grandson. There’s something for all ages to do! Very clean and modern decoration’s! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, perfect for our group!

Great cabin just off the parkway. With a group of 7 we had been concerned about space, we had one bad day of weather and found ourselves not wanting to venture out, the cabin accommodated all of us and didn’t feel like we where on top of each other. Easy to get in and check out. We Recommend to others!

Family vacation

The cabin was great! The owners were so nice and easy to get a hold of. We had an issue with the tv and he sent someone out that same night to fix it. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything was clean and well maintained. Would recommend!!!

Spring break

Overall we had a wonderful time. There were a few things I wish the cabin would have had but really we’re just little bit picky things. A full body mirror somewhere, if there was one I couldn’t find it, labels on or something on the light switches I felt like I spent forever trying to figure out what worked what. A toy bin by the pool would have been nice for the kids and maybe some board games in the game room. And maybe a list of local attractions and a place for guest to leave a review of what they done for future guest. But overall we loved our stay

WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN! We had a wonderful time. It was beautiful! Only reason for a 4 star was the pool pump went out. The owner was right on top of it and had it fixed but it went out again the last day. That is no one's fault. OWNERS ARE TERRIFIC!

Review

Cabin was very nice but there a a lot of stairs. We spent most of the trip sick and stuck in the room. We considered going home early but decided it would be much more relaxing to stay and recover in the beautiful quiet cabin. Communication was very easy and we had everything we needed prior to check in. They even checked on us to make sure everything was going good.

Nice cabin and location

The property was very clean and nice. Plenty of room and was supplied very well. Great instructions on checkin and checkout. Do not have any complaints. Just a couple of things you may want to check out. May possibly need new pots and pans, couple did stick. Also, may have been us, but it didnt matter if on heat or cool the temperature upstairs would freeze you and then you would burn up. Again, not a complaint, truly enjoyed cabin. I just thought you may want to know. Thanks again.

Great family spot!

This cabin is tucked into a woodsy spot right off the parkway! Perfect for families who are interested in visiting lots of attractions. My kiddos and I went on several stroller walks inside the community this cabin is in. Close neighbors did not contribute to any noise inside of the cabin. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by everyone. The pool was a little cool but the kiddos didn’t mind. Games inside the cabin were nice to enjoy after dark and it was nice to not have to pack those extra things. All appliances worked well. 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms were all well kept. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive to messages about the cabin while we were visiting!

Birthday Celebration

The pool has a dirty water level line around it and the water was cold. The pool door lock inside piece to the private pool room wasn't on the door and the patio screen is damaged on the main level door along with the toilet seat loose in the main level and the half bathroom and this was talked about in the reviews. Overall this cabin is okay but not something I will rent again because it didn't met my expectations at all. We wasn't able to find any sheets for the pull out beds and the noise level was very disturbing. The cabin across the street parked in our parking space which is not much when we left out for a few hours. This cabin doesn't have plenty of space to move around in the kitchen/dining room and game room. Over all this wasn't a good fit for me and I will not be renting this cabin again.

Overall good experience one issue

The building was beautiful inside and out. It was spacious and allowed privacy for those who slept in a bedroom. It was helpful that the kitchen area was supplied with the items that we needed for cooking and cleaning. We like that the hot tub outside was available for use at any time and was always warm. We enjoyed the indoor pool. We really like the fact that the place was really clean up on our arrival and we observed workers ready to come in and clean as we were packing to leave 30 minutes prior to our actual exit time. We were never rushed by them. We did give them thumbs up that we were done and we observed them for right up to the space as we were driving away. The individuals who slept on a couch were not supplied with bed linen to go on the pull out couches and so we had to take extra blankets from other beds to accommodate them. The pull out couches were very uncomfortable and it would have been nice if a foam mattress could have been available to put over top of the springy mattress on the pull-out couches. We all agreed that if you advertise that you can sleep up to 12 then the couch beds should have been prepared as well with bed linen pillows and sheets etc for people to actually sleep comfortably on. The spiders and the centipedes were another issue and I know you can't control the bugs but some bug spray should have been available. We seen centipedes and spiders inside the cabin in the pool and bath areas daily.

Great cabin for family

I want to start saying that the cabin is as pictured! The communication was easy & issues were addressed quickly. Beds were comfortable. A previous post said the hot tub was not private but I didn’t find that accurate, if you stand while in the hot tub then you can see the porch across the way but when sitting it is private. Note for the future—at some point there will be building next to the cabin, we did not find the area noisy. The pool area is heavily chlorinated and slightly cool but feels good. The sliding door does keep the smell contained and can be locked. We were a party of 10 adults and 2 teens and found keeping up with towels for showers and hot tubing or using the pool was hard. They wouldn’t dry between uses and we had to use the dryer often to get them dry. We didn’t have pool towels when we arrived but they quickly delivered the next day. I would suggest if you have space to bring pool towels then do so. Note for people with younger kids and a previous comment from a guest—the kitchen table and bar are much higher than the chairs, we have shorter adults and it was difficult to eat in either area so we mostly stood or ate outside, I had to use 2 pillows to be able to eat! Inside table can sit 5-6, bar area 3 and outside table 4 people. Suggestions to bring: dish sponge, dish washing detergent, foil throw away pans for bigger meals like casseroles, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent. Recommendations for food- The Local Goat (reservations), The Old Mill Restaurant (long waits), Mellow Mushroom. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Would stay again…

The cabin was nice, you don’t have any views but it’s a short drive to the parkway and it’s easy to get into. There is a lot of construction going on right now so it’s a little loud during the day and there is big dumpsters and porta potties lining the streets to the cabin! The pool was great and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very big. The living room was a little cramped for 5 tall people but we made it work! The only negative I would have is that the coffee maker didn’t work but the did have a regular older coffee pot that did but the owners did offer to have a new one delivered to us which I declined. Dunkin is at the end of the street. It was hot the week we were there and the ac unit did struggle to keep it cool in the mid day/ afternoon but we were never just miserable, we kept the ceiling fans on and it was comfortable. If we got hot we went to the pool in the basement. I would say that the kitchen could use a little more to cook with but overall we had a great time! Oh and if you don’t like climbing stairs or have bad knees you might want to rethink. You do have to climb two flights of stairs every time you go in or out! It was a little hard getting luggage up two sets of fairly step steps and when it rains they get pretty slippery because of the trees that are beside them. But I would stay here again just because it’s so convenient to all the attractions in pigeon forge! We did realize that my son left a new shirt that he had made while we were there about an hour after we left, I contacted the owners and the responded quickly and got in touch with the cleaners but were unable to find it. I hope they were being honest about it and it is completely my fault for not seeing it on my last walkthrough before we left but it did not make our trip back home with us. We don’t ever use the dresser drawers but we did open them to look for blankets and we did find some clothes that I assume were left before us. Not the owners fault but maybe need a new cleaning service.

Beautiful Smokey Mountain Cabin

This cabin is exceptionally clean & stocked which is something I always want in a vacation rental. David was very pleasant & quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. The close proximity to pigeon forge parkway from this cabin was awesome. One morning a small group of us walked to the island & back for some candy. Our group loved Beyond the Lens interactive museum. It was fun for every age. Also try out the gravity park. Our multi-family group of 11 loved the 4 spacious king bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows & bath/pool towels are provided. Hotel sized bars of soap & shampoo were provided in each bathroom. All but the lower level bedroom had its own private bath. Lower level had a full bath, just not attached to the bedroom. This makes it more comfortable for others to use when enjoying the indoor pool or arcade games also located on that level. There is a half bath on main level off of living room for all to use too. The indoor pool is small & located in a lower level room with no outside windows. Luckily we had beautiful weather & all of us were able to enjoy both outdoor community pools that were located only a few blocks away. Free entrance for your group comes with the rental of this cabin. We packed a cooler with drinks & lunch. There are plenty of tables & chairs at the community pools for gathering. The cabin is beautifully decorated. Whenever we arrive I take all of the (what I call pretties & breakables) & carefully place them in a bedroom closet to make room for us to live for the week and to assure nothing gets broken. Then I place it all back as we leave. The kitchen/living room area was very cozy, but a little tight for our group. Several of us are what you would call big & tall. Between the living space and covered deck area, we made it work and we had another fun family vacation. The neighbors across the street liked to play their music loud after quiet hours, but it was ok for us since we were still up. Their music hopefully drowned out all of our late night laughter. This is a 3-story cabin & the main level is the 2nd floor. If you or someone in your party has issues with stairs, please note that to come and go you must climb several flights of stairs. Highly recommend this cabin rental. Large Hot tub on the deck was a great bonus. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family Vaca

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. It was in a perfect location close to everything we wanted to do. The check-in and check-out process was super simple and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again!

Despite the Hurricane

We planned a central meeting place for a family get together. This place would have been perfect. Each adult would have had their own space as well as the grand baby. Unfortunately the hurricane kept half of our party from joining us. The only criticism is that there were no pot holders for the oven. That is being really picky because the place was nice.
