If you are looking for the perfect waterfront getaway, look no further! This unit has breathtaking views of the new Jackson Street Pier and Sandusky Bay from its large private patio. Located in the center of the building, this condo is just steps from the pool, parking and walkable Downtown Sandusky. With so many fun recreational activities, this Chesapeake Lofts condo in the heart of Downtown Sandusky is a vacation destination you won't want to miss!

**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

-We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm.

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**TV's are equipped with Roku Streaming & Hulu - No traditional cable. Please inquire with any questions.**

** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions. **

**Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.**

**Coin operated laundry facilities inside building.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

This would easily be a 5 star location except for one thing. They have a indoor surveillance system that monitors your discussions. We had trouble with the sliding glass door and how to lock it. 15 minutes later, we received a message from our host on how to deal with the door. Creepy. The host did make us aware of the system much too late to make alternative plans. I did consider canceling the whole trip based on invasion of privacy but elected not to. Bad decision by me. Who knows what all they heard. The most uncomfortable vacation I’ve ever been on. I use vrbo quite often and they should consider eliminating this spot from their options.

Our Stay @ Chesapeake Lofts

The property was excellent! Exactly as described. Clean, very convenient location to parking and the pool area. David and Christine were excellent Hosts with.quick responses. We had no issues with the property and throughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend this property, we’ll definitely rent again when we find ourselves in Sandusky.

Lovely Fun Waterfront Condo

We were very pleased with our stay. Condo is immaculate, well-appointed and comfortable! This is our second stay with our hosts and we were not disappointed. Gorgeous view! Also well stocked kitchen and bath with some thoughtful extras. Very responsive hosts! Pool was refreshing and spacious. Building and grounds are well maintained and steps away from great restaurants, coffee houses and Jet Express. Fun! Thank you! We will be back.

Fishing, Ferries, and Fun!!

Walked into a wonderfully clean condo that smelled so fresh! Large, comfortable living area with perfect sized open kitchen. We found multiple fishing areas. The hosts gave excellent food/drink recommendations.View of the Ferry coming home from Canada. Huge pool and spa. We had a fantastic time!

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandusky! The condo was great - perfect location, nicely furnished and very roomy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. The bathroom was clean and bright, the bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Great communication with our hosts made everything easy. We definitely hope to come back soon!

A great place!

The unit was so clean and updated. Everything was as described and the facility was easy to navigate. We used the gym, pool and hottub. Everything was within walking distance and we often went to a restaurant and ordered takeout. We had a drink while it was being made and walked back to our place to eat. We celebrated our son’s birthday there and our hosts even left him a birthday card. Would definitely stay here again!

Recharge and reconnect

This was our third year staying here and it was just as great an experience as the first time. The hosts provide accurate, timely and clear instructions related to the check in/out process. We love their e-mail derailing places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed sitting on the patio , doing our devotionals, every morning after our walks. The condo was clean and we had all that we needed to make it our home away from home. It is also a great convenience to have the pool straight out the front doors where the room is located. Lord willing, we will be back again next summer! If you choose to stay here - you won’t be disappointed!!

If Sandusky Bay is your destination then look no further than Chesapeake Lofts. What a beautiful,exceptionally clean, perfectly located condo. Exactly as shown. Great 4th of July Week

Chesapeake Lofts is the best vacation location in Sandusky. This condo is located on the first floor convenient to the pool and fitness center. The gated community and the locked building system adds to the comfort. The condo owners provide the basic essentials you would need and then some. They provide vacation suggestions for the Sandusky area. Location is convenient to many restaurants and Jackson Pier provides an excellent location to watch the sunrise and sunset. The condo balcony is great place to watch the boats in the bay. Hope to return in 2025 - Sandusky is a fun place to explore.

A great spot for fun

Fully enjoyed this unit during recent trip to Sandusky. The check in process was seamless, the unit was clean modern and well equipped. The location is AMAZING for access to all the restaurants and bars in Sandusky, the ferries to Kelly’s and Put In Bay. Overall wonderful.

Great property

The condo is really clean and has a great location. There are many good restaurants in walking distance. We stayed here at Chesapeake Lofts for a baseball tournament along with other team members in different units. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and fishing nearby. The property over looks the water and has gorgeous views. The condo is about 10 minutes from the Cedar Point Sports Center and Cedar Point Amusement Park. We highly recommend this property. The owners are great. They have wonderful, detailed instructions for the stay and offered many great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Choose to stay here…you will be happy.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed here for a week ant Cedar Point and it was amazing. Clean, quiet, easy parking, great location, gorgeous view! The kitchen had everything we needed. The attention to detail was so nice. There were little surprises like good coffee and little sunscreens in the bathroom. Nice big dresser and closet. The location is perfect. Walk out the door and take your pick of shops, restaurants, even breweries! I would absolutely stay again. We will recommend to friends as well. Thank you!

I would love to stay here in the summer

Our visit was a little pre-season so the weather held us back a bit but, in the summer this would be the place to stay! A short walk to restaurants, bars and Lake Erie make it perfect. It looks like this part of town would be full of people and things to do in the summer. The building is a great renovation of an old factory. I would call it upscale industrial through out the building and unit. Judging the permanent and visiting tenants by the vehicles in the secure gated parking lot, I would say they are also upper scale. The pool wasnt open on our early visit but, once it is open it is just outside the door. Couldnt be more convenient than that. If you wanted aplce to just crash, like we did, or a place to hang out and enjoy Sandusky this is a great place to stay.

Fantastic vist

We were in town for an event at Kalahari resort. We found this location to be ideal for good food good drinks and a great view The sun sets from this complex are phenomenal. We arrived and found the property exactly as described very clean the small things like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee ready to be made in the morning or a nice touch this is a wonderful property I'm sure everyone would enjoy their stay Great hosts they gave us very helpful dining suggestions and things to do in the region if you get a chance and are in the area definitely check this place out

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed for the weekend in mid April. The condo is spacious, very comfortable and has everything you need. The sofa is super cozy and the bed linens are like butter! It's in a great location that is walkable to tons of restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops. Communication from the owner was great! We never had a question because they were so thorough in covering all the bases prior to arrival. Parking is easy, check-in and out is simple. We'd definitely stay here again.

The Chesapeake Lofts was built in a former paper factory, in fact, it was the company that invented corrugated cardboard boxes! We love the open, industrial feel of the condo, paired with the historical richness of the brick architecture. The views are absolutely breathtaking over Sandusky Bay, and catching a glimpse of a freighter as it arrives and departs the Sandusky coal docks is truly remarkable!
