Lovely Home

What a lovely home! We had all the amenities that we needed. Loved being able to play games as a family at the big table. It was conveniently located to many great locations. It was perfect for our nieces high school graduation. Thank you

Great visit

Property was exactly as described. Clean, welcoming, nicely decorated, and very comfortable to stay at. The perfect amount of space for me and my friends to enjoy a nice weekend. Not too far from nearby points of interest and the guest book on the table was very informative and helpful in suggesting places to go and things to do. Would definitely visit again!

Good Value

Overall got the job done for our 6 person group short stay in Buffalo. Host gave us the wrong code to enter but was quick to respond and give us the correct one. Property would benefit from some detail updates - coffee pot was broken, the bathroom door downstairs didn't latch properly, no kitchen or bathroom hand towels, paint was peeling in some areas. If you're looking for a larger place on a budget near downtown Buffalo this is a good option.

Stay away, unless you love insects and dirt

The worst rental experience of my life. The property is completely run down and in major need of updating. The vents were covered with a thick layer of dust, the window sills are filthy and the fan is also coated in dust. Furthermore we were greeted by numerous ants who call the property home as well as a few spiders. The numerous ant traps throughout the house don't seem to be getting the job done. There was also visible water damage that was spackled over. If that's not enough when I spoke to local law enforcement about the area they said they wouldn't recommend staying there unless we were armed. Made the decision to leave and book a room at a nearby hotel. I also have numerous photos of what's been described and will be taking this up with VRBO

Easy to get to from Rte. 5. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Decent beds. First floor bathroom door doesn’t shut properly. Many outlets don’t work.

Convenient Stay near downtown Buffalo

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space. We appreciated the host's thorough directions and book of recommendations. It was easy to get around from this location. Overall the cleanliness was okay, but we did have to wipe down the bathroom from the previous guests. We didn't pay a cleaning fee, so we understood there might be a little tidying up.

Only one small complaint: if you’re planning to go in the winter, the basement is not heated so anyone sleeping down there will probably be chilly.

Fun trip to Buffalo

The lads and I stayed here to see a football game. Had a great weekend. Was very comfortable in the house and the location made it easy to get anywhere around the city.

Nice stay

Property was as advertised. Everything went well. If you have multiple dogs this is the place to stay. We ran into a problem on our second night when we accidentally locked the outside storm door while rushing out to a wedding. This of course was our only means of entry. We called the owner and she promptly drove over to let us back in. We apologize for making you have to do that. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Great location walk to everything

Great location! Walking distance to shalen field, restaurants and Dunkin! We brought 4 boys ages 9-2 and it was very comfortable! Air conditioner wasn't working correctly and as soon as I told Regina she had some there to fix it! Not a lot of parking. 2 vehicles max. One in garage and one outside. Ice maker was very convenient. Will stay again!!

Perfect for our needs

The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!

Moms birthday

Mom turned 90 and my siblings wanted to celebrate her in Buffalo..did the biffalo tiki tours out pf Riverside and casi o and dinnwr at chefs...everything was sooo close...the place was amazing...lots of room and amenities!!! Def would stay again..easy entry too!!!

We really enjoyed the unit. Very clean, nice location. Three minor issues: 1. Need light over kitchen sink, 2. Dishwasher would be nice. 3. List of items you need to recycle.

Not recommended.

The condo was filthy. So much dust. We were leaving clean me messages in the dust. Fans dirty, spider webs and ants all thru kitchen. Host came to spray but it was so strong we had to wait outside until we could breath. I visit VRBO's quite often and this was shocking. Luckily we only had to stay 3 days as we moved to another VRBO, a farmhouse and it was beautiful.
