Overall an excellent place to stay. We enjoyed how it was close to Delaware Park to enjoy morning walks and loved the covered front porch. We would be happy to stay again.

Sam's place was perfect for our family! The location was central to everything we had planned to do. The apartment was clean with all the amenities we needed. I would 100% recommend Sam's apartment to my friends and family

Sam was a wonderful host and very responsive. Terrific location - a short walk to Delaware Park and Wegman’s is right around the corner. The house was very clean, full of character and a great value. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 2 nights. We were there visiting our daughter who goes to UB. The place was clean, well furnished and the beds were comfy. It was nice to have off-street parking and Sam the owner was very nice. I would stay there again.

Great place to enjoy Buffalo

This is a great place to stay if you are in the Buffalo area. The house is lovely, very clean, spacious, and well appointed. It’s centrally located and very easy to get to a lot of attractions in Buffalo. The hosts are very easy to reach and helpful.

Parking was easy. I parked in the front of the driveway without any difficulty. Check in was easy and effortless. Place is very clean and a comfortable place to relax. Beds also comfortable. Location very convenient. I even went for a walk in the neighborhood, some very nice homes and gardens

These guests wanted to have a loud party with 30 people until all hours of the night and were upset when I enforced the house rules of quiet hours after 10pm. Word to the wise -- always read the house rules and property description before you make a booking.

Large and Comfortable Home Away from Home

The house was quite large and spacious. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was adequate. Location was great - within walking distance of the Buffalo AKG Museum and easy drive to downtown Buffalo.

We loved our stay at Sam's place. The home comes with all the charm you would expect from an older home and the wood details are beautiful. I don't cook on vacations but the kitchen has everything you would need if you do. It is within walking distance of multiple museums and a quick drive to other museums and attractuons. It was also very easy to get to Niagara Falls.

Buffalo visit

Wonderful property. We felt comfortable and at home while we visited family in the area and toured some of Buffalo/Niagara sights. Wegmans close by for groceries and a great kitchen. Very comfortable and it was bonus to get a bit of laundry done. We loved our stay. Sam was very hospitable. Thank you!

Great location for Buffalo Arts district

Great location to stay if you plan for activities in the Buffalo arts district and beyond. Delaware Park is within walking distance and AKG just across the river. A short drive down Elmwood there are lots of restaurants and shops. There is a Wegman’s right around the corner if you need any groceries. And the freeway is just around the corner providing quick access to everything else Buffalo has to offer.

Great Access to Buffalo/ Allentown

Was the great weekend home for us. Everything was clean in good repair. Thank you for use of the driveway. Nice quiet street in the city. Would reccomend this recognizable purple home. Thank you!
