Suites on 4th offer a modern, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with 1,050 square feet of comfortable living space. Less than 1 mile—only 8 blocks—from Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s Hospital, with grocery stores, restaurants, and walking trails nearby.

Enjoy 2 included parking spaces, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and independent heating and cooling with no shared air circulation. Located on the second floor with stair access only; there is no elevator.

Make yourself at home in this spacious, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. With comfortable living space, thoughtful amenities, and all utilities included, it’s well-suited for short visits, extended stays, medical appointments, and business trips.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, and appliances. Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to pick up essentials, order a quick meal, or enjoy Rochester’s local dining options.

Suites on 4th is less than one mile—approximately eight blocks—from Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital, providing a convenient home base for patients, families, caregivers, and medical professionals.

After a busy day, relax in the comfortable living room with a 65-inch LED Smart TV. The primary bedroom also has a 55-inch Smart TV. Complimentary Sling TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are provided. Cable service and other streaming subscriptions are not included, but you’re welcome to sign in to your own accounts. If your cable provider offers a streaming app, you can download it on either Smart TV or sign in with your provider credentials.

For added convenience, the condo includes fast Wi-Fi, all utilities, an in-unit washer and dryer, parking, and hard-surface flooring throughout. Each condo also has its own heating and cooling system, with no shared air circulation between units.

Other things to note:

This condo is on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs; there is no elevator. Guests with limited mobility may wish to check whether first-floor Units 1 or 2 are available.

The fireplace is available seasonally and must be requested in advance. Parties are not permitted, and all pets must be disclosed and approved before booking.

Our hosts were very responsive to our requests. The condo was clean and comfortable, near grocery stores, restaurants, and main corridors. Most important, it was within walking distance to St Mary's Hospital.

Clean,comfortable, with perfect location

The unit was clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was effortless. Five minute drive to downtown Rochester and very quick access to multiple grocery stores and restaurants.

As was the locationThe space was great. The kitchen, while quite nice, was poorly equipped. As an example, there were no bowls for cereal or for ingredient prep. That said, we would stay there again but suggest the owners upgrade the kitchen equipage.

Home away from home

Location was super convenient to Mayo Clinic, grocery stores, cool restaurants and basically all amenities. Plus, it is right on a beautiful walking trail. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked! This is new space and was well thought out in design and functionality. Key coded doors for safety was a plus. Contact with the host was outstanding; checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive to our needs. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay

Apartment is nicely laid out & comfortable. Fireplace and common area are cozy. Short, easy drive to the Mayo Clinic. Two sets of walking trails near the apartment. Owners are extremely responsive & easy to work with. Recommend.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed for 3 weeks. This property is beautifully furnished with a terrific, well-stocked kitchen. Everything is brand new and very comfortable. The location is ideal for access to downtown Rochester, Mayo Clinic, food stores, and other points of interest. It is also just down the street from a beautiful walking trail along the Zumbro River. Highly recommend!

Up to date, clean, and ideal Location for Hospital Patients

We were in the area for one of our family members who needed surgery. The apartment was safe and accessible for our elderly parents and the location was just a few blocks from the hospital. The owners were responsive and easy to work with as the dates of the surgery moved and our needs changed. The apartment is clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. TV and internet worked great. The beds were comfortable. Towels and linens were newer and clean. Great experience, thank you! Hopefully, we don't need hospital care again, but if we do we'd definitely stay here again.
