Overall pretty clean, and the location to St Mary's campus can't be beat, literally walked to the hospital. House was well laid out and well equipped and beds were comfortable. Could have used a recliner for those recovering from procedures, but not a deal breaker. The real issue came from communication. We needed two parking spaces and the house only came with one. We were told we could get the host info about the 2nd vehicle and 20, and could get a street parking pass. We submitted the requested info and were told "you're all set". When we arrived at the house the 1st vehicle could not access the off street parking due to concrete work the city was doing. We were never notified about this, and I think the host didn't know until we told them. We were offered parking in a driveway across the street instead, which although not ideal, was fine. The 2nd vehicle however ended up getting a parking ticket 1 of the days we were there. We tried to address it with the host (who took longer to respond than we expected), but who ultimately told me it was essentially my problem, I probably parked where I shouldn't have, and to address it with the city of Rochester directly. I think that's a total cop out on their part, but ok. When I called the city they discovered that the vehicle had never been registered for a parking pass! So, shame on the host. They told us they handled it. Did not, and then pushed the blame for the situation back onto us. So now you know, call for pass yourself
