Moose Haven är en fantastisk och centralt belägen fastighet! Vackert uppdaterad år 2017 med alla nya möbler, det är den perfekta platsen att ladda som det är lugnt och lugnande. Lyssna på Tonahutu River jollra när man läser, skapa konst, eller njuta av en måltid. Titta på solnedgången över Mount Baldy. Strosa längs Grand Lake eller ta del av de eklektiska butiker längs stadens strandpromenad.

På sommaren kan du hyra en kajak, paddla båt eller en pontonbåt för att kryssa ut på sjön eller besöka det lokala historiska museet. På kvällen kan du njuta av middag i kabinen eller gå in till stan och njuta av någon av de stora lokala restauranger. Du kan även kajak från vår egendom till den fantastiska historiska Rapids Lodge och njuta av en underbar måltid. Efter middagen, ta i en show på vår prisbelönta Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater. Få en glasstrut på Grand Lake choklad eller Miyauchi s Snack Bar medan du tittar på stjärnorna glimmar på sjön.

Vinter? Grand Lake är ett vinterlandskap! Perfekt för snö aktiviteter, är snowboard / utförsåkning mellan 35 minuter vid Granby Ranch för nybörjare till mellanliggande eller för familjer på en budget och ca 55 minuter till den berömda och expansiva Winter Park Ski Area. Vandra, längdskidåkning, eller snö skoning på de många närliggande spår av Rocky Mountain National Park. Grand Lake anses vara en av de bästa snöskoter platser i landet, med hyra i närheten. Den fantastiska Grand Lake Golf Course har varit tippad som en av de vackraste och det fungerar som en cross-country skidområde för dem som föredrar preparerade spår att göra din egen.

Very nice cabin with near-waterfront location and walking distance (with no hills) to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. The host was also very responsive. My only caveat would be twofold: (i) the overall cabin inside is quite dark, with less than optimal lighting in every room; and (ii) no washer /dryer in the unit.

The cabin and location exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this cabin for every trip to GL in the future but the subdivision not allowing dogs is the tough part for us.

Peaceful River-front Location

This is our 2nd stay in Moose Haven. Perfect for family time -- plenty of space for our family 4. The riverside location is wonderful. A great spot for coffee in the morning and to drop in your paddle board, kayak or fish right in front of the cabin. Lemmon Lodge location is fantastic. You can walk or bike to everything in town. The private beach is great as well -- nice views and sunsets. The cabin is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need.

We stayed at Cabin 12 for a week in the middle of the summer. The cabin was cool inside, while the weather was rather warm outside. The accommodations were as described, and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks every day of our stay. I found the owner responsive and genuinely interested in our having what we needed in this cabin. Because we were 3 generations sharing the cabin, the oldest generation wished for more and brighter lighting in the main floor. But, overall, that was a small thing. We were central to all the activities we engaged in: the marina is steps away, as is Grand Ave the main shopping and restaurant street. The river was at our back door, and the Lake about a 2 minute walk from our backyard. We would stay here again happily and recommend it others looking to stay right in Grand Lake.

Awesome Cabin on the Inlet Water

Grand Lake is always a treat to visit but this cabin made it perfect. We spent most of our time walking around the cabin and fishing in the stream/inlet to Grand Lake. I would recommend this cabin. It was furnished really well!

Cozy cabin!

Cute and cozy cabin! Close to everything! We only had a 5 minute walk to the ice for the ice fishing tourney. Manager/Owner was responsive and able to accommodate an early check in (February). Can't wait to come back again!

Loved our stay, it’s the second time we’ve been at this property. Manager/owner was quick to reply and helpful when needed. The cabin functions beautifully for a family of 5 with young kids. Love being on the inlet and close to the LL private beach.

We love the historic Lemmon Lodge in Grand Lake and are so happy to be able to share it with others. Growing up in Colorado, Grand Lake was a yearly vacation tradition in our family. Lemmon Lodge has always been one of the most sought after magical places to stay at when in Grand Lake because of its prime location to everything, yet still quiet and serene because it's setback on its own private inlet apart from the noise the town.

Our cabin in Lemmon Lodge is a terrific and centrally located property!
In the summer, most everything is in walking distance, but if you are looking for even more nearby the Grand Lake area you can hop in a car and within just a few miles you are in the Rocky Mountain National Park, which celebrated 100 years of being in existence in 2015. RMNP offers numerous classes for individuals, families or groups. Moose, elk, deer and other wild life surround our area. Hiking trails will keep you trekking for years if you want. If you want to try down hill mountain biking, Granby Ranch is only 20 miles away, as is Hot Sulphur Springs which has medicinal properties to soak away any soreness from those hikes or bike riding adventures.
During the winter, in just a short walk from the cabin, you can be ice fishing for Monster Lake trout or renting a snow mobile to ride around the lake! A short drive away is Colorado's best snow tubing at Fraser tubing hill as well as excellent ski slopes at Granby Ranch.
Will little ones be joining you? Parks are close by. Lemmon Lodge is safe of traffic and quiet with room to play. You will have access to a private beach where you can build sand castles, fish, boat, splash, and relax.
