The balcony is a great spot to enjoy some fresh air while taking in the views of the shared tennis court down there. And that's not all! You'll be granted access to the shared outdoor pool in case you'd like to cool off during those warm and hot summer days.

Beachview 209

The beds are all very comfy. Plenty of space for 6-8 people. Bathrooms are older/outdated and small, but functional. Back porch overlooks tennis courts & pool. Extremely nice and helpful neighbors downstairs. No view of the ocean or the bay from this particular unit, but the property is on the beach.

Absolutely Amazing

The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, had so much space. Easy access to the beach or pool of preferred. The beach was beautiful clear, clean… we loved every moment wished we didn’t have to leave!

Great access to the beach within walking distance

Very nice stay. Property was clean, comfortable, quiet. Loved the decor and beds for our party of 5 adults. Nice appliances with full kitchen.(Bring salt and pepper) Easy access to beach with just two minute walk. Pool and tennis court available for use.

Florida Beach

My sister has always had visiting a Florida beach on her bucket list, so I picked Navarre Beach because I had visited before and it’s a beautiful place. The condo was perfect for our little party and we had access to the beach! The condo was a perfect size, nicely updated, clean and quiet!

Nice & Relaxing

We enjoyed the condo. Beds were so comfortable we didn’t have any problem sleeping. Only issue was the noisy dryer, didn’t let management know about it till we left. Will be looking for a first floor unit at Beachview for next years stay.

Nice visit - even following a hurricane

It was a rainy/windy Labor Day weekend, but the sun peeked out enough for us to take our two grandchildren to the pool and walk the beach that was only a short distance away. Our only complaints were the noisy family who were celebrating a reunion (and took up the pool on two days) and the inability to use the beach chairs set up for us because other beach-goers helped themselves. We enjoyed the opportunity to be away for our grand girls.

We had a great time. Suggestions : the chains on the ceiling fans/lights need to be longer.

The sheet on the master bed kept coming off. The mattress is too deep for the sheet provided. I had to put the top corner back multiple times. Other than that…..excellent

Great place! Very convenient to the beach and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachview 209! The condo is very nicely updated and the beds are fabulous! We were thankful for the extra towels and bedding. We will definitely be back!

VRBO STAY

The condo was good. The condo was dated. They had done some upgrades but when they replaced items they left all of the holes where the old curtain rods were, and where all of the bathroom hardware was at. The amenities were great but the facility needed a deep cleaning. Everything was clean on the surface. But all of the lights, ceiling fans, blinds, and vents had horrible fuzzy dust all over them. We had fun and will return and hopefully they will fix these things.

Wonderful family vacation!

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. It had plenty of seating that was comfortable. The beds especially the one in master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. That only gets a 5 star. Close walking distance to the beach. We were out the door and on the beach within 2 to 4 minutes. I would recommend this property most definitely.

Close to Beach

We loved the proximity to the beach. Two chairs and an umbrella service was only $30 daily. The pool was sparkling clean. The home had all the needed items and was very comfy. Entry hall needs a refresh and we missed not having a gas grill to use. There are pool toys on the back porch and Vacasa offers DVD movie rentals! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

Planned a trip with my sister and our kids. It was so much fun. A bit chillier than we were expecting and the ocean and pool were both cold, but the kids didn’t care at all, they jumped right in. Lovely condo and plenty of room for the five of us. Such a fun week!

Enjoyable Stay

The condo is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. It's furnished nicely with updated counters in the bathrooms. We could have used a few more pieces of silverware. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very spacious and had great amenities. Previous guests must had some fresh fish in fridge, but I bought some stuff and took care of that. Wasn't warm enough to take advantage of the pool, but it looked wonderful. Sheet in the main bedroom was a little too small, but this is nothing that that takes away from the experience. I renewed purchased online the brand of laundry tablets that were supplied as they were really nice! Feared the grand kids may have been a little loud being that it is a quieter tourist time. Overall, we had a wonderful time 😁

Great place to stay !!

We had such a great time staying here ! The property is very comfortable & accommodating as well as attractively decorated. This unit does not face the gulf but a short walk through the parking lot will put you on to the boardwalk that leads on to the glistening white sands & emerald green waters of the Gulf. We highly recommend & hope to come back here !

Great stay!!

The location of the condo was awesome! From the parking lot to the beach, we packed our wagon and off we went. The condo was clean and welcoming. We had 6 adults in our party, with room to spare. One of the adults slept on the sofa bed, and claimed it was ‘so comfortable’. Had a fully functional kitchen with the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.
