The property was nice. A suggestion for less tech savvy people: Detailed instructions for both TVs. And we did notice an odor as soon as we walked in, it was a stale, dirty smell like maybe the a/c filter needs changed and maybe changed more frequently. But otherwise the unit was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very seamless. Communication with the host was very prompt as well.

This was an awesome place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the whole condo is well stocked. One block walk to the beach. It is not child proof. Which it doesn't have to be. Community pool was very refreshing. I will sharing on the Venice Shark Tooth FB page. Stanley has thought of everything and is very prompt with a text or a call. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what the condo is like and very relaxing.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The gulf was right across the street. Host was very accommodating and replied in a timely manner. Will be our go to place when we come over here from the East Coast of Florida. Highly recommended

Perfect!!

We've never stayed in a nicer beach rental than this one. This condo is simply immaculate! Stanley thought of everything to make our visit one of our most enjoyable ever. It was like walking into a model home - everything is brand new, nicely furnished, and high tech. Brand new docks right there on Lemon Bay, and beautiful clear blue water at the beach just across the street. Restaurants and bars within walking distance, and grocery stores minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will book this nice condo again!

Englewood Beach

This property was wonderful for a solo traveler. Walking distance to the beach and beachfront dining. The pool was a welcome place to chill. The condo is beautifully detailed. I had a very relaxing visit to my hometown, to visit family and friends.

Quick Get Away

The property was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location! We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and the beach. I hope to stay here again. The location was perfect for visiting my parents who live in Venice. Thank you Stanley for a great stay!

Amazing Stay

The apartment was truly great; it is right across the street from the beach and has a pool. The apartment was very comfortable, with many cool features such as a mood light, Alexa, an oven with WiFi (although we didn't use it), an electric fireplace, a heated toilet seat, and many more. Our favorite was the powered bed with a very comfortable mattress! There was a huge balcony with a set of furniture for outdoor seating. It was very quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes away by foot from a few pubs and restaurants. All in all, we had a great experience and have already booked our next stay.

Above and Beyond Expectations

WOW !! This condo will spoil you the minute you walk in !! Full Alexa capabilities abound and the massive tv’s are incredible…not that you will watch them much because you are across the street from the beautiful gulf beach !! The bathroom was as high end as you can get from the heated seat to many other functions !! The pool at the unit was quite nice as well!!

Lovely place

Recently remodeled. Great use of space and very modern conveniences. It really worked for us having the beach, pool and Sand Bar restaurant so close by. Also got to use the docks for fishing. Floors needed sweeping upon arrival, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather turned foul about 3 days into our 8 day stay so we left early. The manager comped us a couple days, so hopefully we'll get to return!

Relaxing and beautiful stay

More " extras" than I can list. I can't think of anything that wasn't there. More luxuries than I have at home. It was so peaceful, the weather was great and the shells were amazing. Thanks to Stanley for allowing me to stay in this great place!

Great stay!

Owner was very thorough with description and instructions. Easy communication. Condo was clean and updated. So many amenities included. Property was clean and well kept. Just a short walk across the road to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Completely renovated!

Great completely updated condo. Beautifully finished. Bay is behind condo, a few steps, the Gulf in front, a 4 minute walk. Many pubs and restaurants within walking distance-- 3 to 10 minutes. Park the car. Only need it to get to the grocery store. Would book again in a minute!

Quiet and relaxing

The property is very quiet. The fishing off the docks was great, as was finding all the sharks' teeth on the beach. Put the kayaks in and went to the end of Stump Pass. Went passed a Manatee, dolphins and parked next to the flamingos. Perfect!

Perfect getaway!

Stanley’s place is great! We loved our short stay and had everything we needed! Perfect location close to restaurants and attractions. Pool and dock were great! Wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait until next year :)

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in sehr hübscher Umgebung.

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Der schöne Strand ist unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Was wir genossen haben ist die schöne Tiki Bar die zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

I decided on this location because it's quiet and beautiful. Getting to the island and beaches is fast and easy. Lemon Bay is fantastic for boating and fishing. Very hard to find a Gulf to Bay location as ideal as this!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It's peacful and beautiful, puts me in a relaxed zen like state. Walking to the Beach, Bay,or Restaurants is easy. We have an oudoor beach setting with Volleyball, Horse Shoes, a pier for boats and Florida's finest drinks and food, RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!
