Choose your comfortable three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit based on its oceanfront, oceanside, or Shore Drive location. Pelican's Watch is close to the area's famed "Restaurant Row", golf courses, excellent shopping, and numerous entertainment and amusements. Guests can also take advantage of water sports, enjoyable night life, and fishing at the nearby Apache Pier. Enjoy the beauty of South Carolina's Grand Strand from our facility. Two cable TV's and two non cable. Limit two parking spaces per unit.

Property in nice location

The property was in a nice location and overall enjoyed our stay! Bad things to list- 1. kitchen sink was broke and never got repaired, when called about the sink they said they have known about it and can’t get parts to fix it 2. The bath tub was stopped up and wouldn’t drain when taking a shower, maintenance finally came and fixed it after asking for a refund of the property. 3. The condo wasn’t clean on arrival, there was dust and dirt all over the place, the air vent in the hallway looks like no one has cleaned it in over a year! 4. There was dead bugs all over the place in the laundry room and no one ever came to investigate why or have it cleaned. 5. The elevators worked when we got there and went out of service on the second day. After asking about elevators they posted signs on elevator saying that it can’t be fixed until Monday, and the condo was on the third floor. Don’t understand why no company could come out and fix it, I had my grandparents in the condo and it was difficult for them to get up and down 3 flights of stairs. Overall like the location but will not ever again stay in condo 303 at the Pelican watch!!!!

Great location

Great location! Only 2 complaints: Elevator was broken the first 2 days of our trip so carrying everything up 4 flights of stairs was kind of a pain. There were no pans in the kitchen (only pots) so we bought a set of 3 and left them (hopefully they stay for future guests). Location is everything with this property. Right by the pool and ocean. Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Tips: Unless you like flat pillows, bring your own. The condo doesn’t have anything so be sure you bring all the essentials (TP, paper towels, Kleenex, beach towels, soap (hand/dish/dishwasher) coffee filters, trash bags, salt & pepper, etc). Loved the fact that there is a small screened porch at the front door to leave all the beach gear in!

Heaven as always!

The condo was all we expected! It was WONDERFUL!!! It was clean,spacious and welcoming. Been coming to NMB since 1971 and it's like my second childhood home. This condo is the best of the bunch! I will be returning next year! ❤⛱

Great ocean front vacation

My family has stayed on Shore Dr for many years, in different condos/buildings. I would rank this one towards the top. The condo was decorated very nicely and I appreciated a keyless entry and the starter kit, trash bags, soap, etc. I have a few suggestions to make this a perfect spot, the full size mattress in one of the bedrooms was VERY rough. My family members had a hard time sleeping on it. Also, we had difficulty figuring out WiFi and tv system. We never did figure out tv in living room. I’m sure if I contacted you, you would have helped but I can go without some tv for a week. Others may not want to. It just wasn’t user friendly. We had a great time in our room.

Wonderful location!!

Great location and very clean; however, the bedding is in desperate need of updating!!! Flat pillows and not enough of them did not contribute to a restful night.

long weekend stay

Easy check in across the street; we just picked up a packet and went over. We had a convenient pushbutton lock on a condo to get on. The condo itself was a little dated with its decorations but clean. We went with three adults and two kids and it was a great amount of space for a long weekend. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it much. The beds and pillows we’re not great and could use a refresh all around. management was prompt about fixing blinds same day. There was a convenience store right across the street and a small bar and ice cream shop.
