Steps from the beach!

This beautifully newly renovated Anna Maria Island bungalow is COVID compliant, super clean and very comfortable. With an open, split floor plan, it has 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths and is only 3 houses from FEET IN THE SAND! Half way between the amazing white sand beach and the bay and Pier. Only 1 block over is Historic Bridge Street with all of the cool restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars with live music. Once here, you never need to drive. Just leave your car in the driveway (it can fit up to 4 cars). Everything is within a block walking distance! If you want to be active, there is plenty to do! Take a boat ride to see dolphins, parasail on the gulf, go fishing off the Pier, play a round of mini golf or just relax at our beautiful white sand beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available for your use. When you're not out and about, enjoy the private, shaded backyard with a brand new heated/cooled swimming POOL, grill, chaise loungers and a dining table, chairs and shade umbrella. There is nothing like Anna Maria!! Come make lasting memories!

Our stay at the Bougie Bungalow was above our expectations. The bungalow is so beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.The back yard is truly an oasis with our private pool. So many extra touches and supplies provided. Then location-the best- walked to beach, restaurants, shopping. The owner responded to questions in a timely manner and checked in to make sure all was well. Thank you for sharing this gem we had an amazing first time visit to AMI!

Much needed girls trip

The bungalow was perfect! Walking distance to the turquoise ocean and bayside fishing pier and all of the shops and restaurants on bridge street. The beds were comfortable, The pool was refreshing. It was decorated so cute. Perfect spot for a girls wknd!

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. So close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The bungalow was decorated so nice and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Living Local

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here at the beach. It was a very quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Then the kids enjoyed just relaxing in our own private pool. All was great.

Beautifully remodeled home! We had everything we needed during our stay. Well stocked kitchen including spices for those who cook. Backyard is a vacation in itself! Very relaxing with a great pool. Location is perfect; close to the beach, restaurants and bars or just an evening walk. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Escape from Reality

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow, the pictures were an accurate description of the cutely decorated and comfortable home. Upon arrival the lock box gave us some trouble so I'd suggest upgrading to a keyless/code entry system, but we figured it out. The pool did need maintenance but Laura had her pool guy there within a few hours! She was VERY responsive and kind throughout our entire stay. We loved the ability to be able to walk to the beach, bay, mini-golf, shops, and to food/drinks. We even saw a manatee in the bay while enjoying an afternoon ice cream! I appreciated that beach bags, syrofoam cooler, chairs, umbrella, and other necessities were provided for our beach adventures. The bedrooms are spaced on opposite sides of the bungalow so our daughter (12) felt more comfortable sleeping on the pull out couch and having us in the front bedroom near her. We found the perfect solution for our family but thought it might be noteworthy for people reading reviews. The beds were comfortable and fans were available (you noise sleepers - I see you - this made my day instead of having to use my fan noise app). We would absolutely stay here again in the future! I thought Laura was a great host, the bungalow felt like home, and location was terrific!

We had the best time at the best location!!!!

We loved everything about our stay. The location is perfect for the beach, which is just across the street, as well as for every shop, restaurant, and bar. The home was wonderful and decorated with a fantastic beach vibe. The hosts were terrific and provided everything we needed to feel at home. After a day at the beach, we relaxed by the pool and then walked into town (just one block away) for music and great food. We will be back! Cheers!

Best Location

Cute little bungalow just a block from Bridgestreet and a block from the beach! We could walk everywhere. Pretty backyard with pool. Wonderful time and would definitely stay again!!!

Great location

Walking distance to the beach and bay. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Owner was easy to work with. Backyard was beautiful, with a nice heated pool.

Friends getaway

We love this property, it’s perfect for 2 couples. Where the bedrooms are located everyone has privacy. The location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants & the ocean. This was our second time staying here & sure we will be back.

Perfect House in the Perfect Spot!

Property was amazing and location couldn’thave been better. Next time we will not get a rental car because everything you need is within a block or so from the house. Beach is steps away! Loved this place!

Perfect beach vacation!

We had the most amazing trip. We travel to florida every year but had never stayed near this location. Truly perfect location. 2 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, (daiquiri deck mahi tacos!), shopping, and the beach. Great beach home. Comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, amazing pool. Pack n play clean. Beach wagon and beach accessories appreciated.No complaints and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Hideaway

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the house! It was a very easy walk to all of the restaurants and fun - Bridge Street is one street over! The beach was a quick walk and the provided chairs and umbrellas meant less that we had to purchase or bring with us! I think my kids spend the entire vacation in the pool though, ha! The house was very clean and perfect - we will definitely be visiting again!

A private Oasis charming and private

Our first time to this area and we landed in the perfect spot. We loved your little Florida home with its charm of personal antiques and modern upgrades! The shower was fantastic ,The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was such a highlight! Walk 1 block to beach with also 1 block to the bay for live music and drinks. We really didn’t need a car. Everything we wanted ,beach,entertainment,shopping and great eats. We are hoping to return soon. Thank you Laura and family for sharing your beautiful property. Very relaxing

Wow - what a great place right in the middle of everything

This place is lovely. The description on the website does not do it justice. There are so many little things that make your stay so much better that aren't even listed or mentioned. Check-in - you get an email / text a day before explaining the process, in summary you get a code which unlocks a keysafe to let you in. You keep the key with you for your stay then pop it back in the keysafe when you leave. You also get some specific info to assist you with the 'house rules'. This is a lovely house and some people may not have treated this place as they should do. It belongs to Laura and Kevin who allow others to use it, they provide a giudebook in the kitchen that gives more details about everything in the house and surrounding area. Once inside there are aircon in the lounge, 2 bedrooms and the rear area, 4 in total to keep you cool. The property is very well decorated with a lovely beach/sea vibe to relax you into you holiday. Nothing is done on the cheap, its all quality stuff, to help your stay. Little touches like, lots of different types of glasses, plastic drinks for the yard/pool area and even frosted glasses in the freezer (which is huge with water/ice/crush dispenser). Front bedroom is directly en-suite and the rear room has a lovely bathroom directly opposite and very private. Laundry room has two huge new units and the pool/yard is amazing, lots of sun and shade at same time. Pool and garden lights make this a great area. Located right in heart of AMI, awesome!

Unicorn Property

Unicorn property for a family of 4! Located in the perfect AMI location. Each morning we could go left or right out of the house and walk towards amazing views/ activities. The beach, the pier, restaurants on the water, mini golf, donut and coffee shop were a few of our favorites. The backyard is magical - provided our kids with hours of entertainment and such beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we walked away with so many core memories for our family. Highly recommend this property.

We have traveled all over the world and yet we kept coming back to Anna Maria Island. This is without a doubt one of our favorite places to be! There truly is nothing like it. We finally found the perfect house in the perfect spot and are excited to share it with you! We hope you love it as much as we do.

This house is so comfortable. The split floor plan gives you some privacy, but the living room, back room and backyard have plenty of space to come together. It is literally 3 houses from the beach and 3 houses the other direction to the bay. With it's white sand beaches, crystal clear water, home town feel and great restaurants, bars and live music at your fingertips, why go anywhere else?
