Magnolia Linen Company Unit 11 Downtown Auburn Across from Campus!

Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

Great for a visit to our Auburn Student and the football game!

Absolutely wonderful location. It is loud over the bar but we brought noice cancelling headphones and the host has noice machines which took care of it. Great for walking to campus, football stadium, and downtown!

Perfect location

Great location!! Stayed for a parents weekend and the place was perfect for us. Host was very responsive when I called her about questions I had. The unit was clean and well stocked. I’ll definitely book again!

Great spot - great place

This is my second stay here and won't be my last. The location is perfect and the apartment is lovely. Amanda is great to work with and very accommodating. Yes, you are between 2 college bars, but, you are between two college bars.

Great location loved that you can walk to multiple places. It does get very loud Thursday-Sat night. But we kinda expected it due to location.

Crazy loud

This apartment is sort of cute, but the noise from the nearby bars is unbelievable. The entire building shakes. The only person who would enjoy staying here is someone who is going to the bars until they close and then just needs a place to crash.

Parents weekend

Good location in center of town but it sits between 2 very popular & loud bars that don’t close until 2 am. Perfect if you’re there to party but otherwise it’s hard to get to sleep. Bad experience with the property manager checking in. Will avoid this in the future

Perfect location!

This place is in THE PERFECT spot to visit Auburn campus. We were there for A-Day and it made it so easy. The unit is a step up from a hotel, but not as stocked as most vrbo units we have stayed in. It would have been nice to have 4 of each type of utensil (there were only 2 knives) But definitely very clean and maintained. As far as the noise. Don’t let anyone understate it on these reviews. We were there on Easter weekend which means a much slower bar weekend and it was crazy noisy!! I used the noise machine provided and my airpods with white noise and it was still pretty loud. My 18 year old son even said he could not sleep until after 3 due to the employees cleaning after. You can hear it all. Simply put, gorgeous place. Perfect location. But not a place if you need a good nights sleep.

This unit is in the perfect spot!! Very convenient to everything but as some have said, you must be comfortable with the noise from the bars. The noise machines help significantly but the bars have their music blasting until the early hours. The unit itself was as described.
