This beautiful historic home has been updated with brand new bathrooms and a beautiful combination of antique and new furniture. Every detail was seen to. Add the charming layout with two master bedrooms and a bunk room to the perfect location just 0.2 miles to DowntownAuburn and you have the perfect retreat.

There is a non refundable $80 fee per pet, per reservation.

Parking is easy!
The driveway can hold 3-4 cars depending on size and configuration. No hangtags needed!

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

The Blue House

Perfect location! Easy to walk to dinner, Toomer's Corner, and everything downtown. We love that you have king-sized beds. Many adults don't feel comfortable sharing smaller beds with other people. Cute house, great yard, perfect location.

Spring break

We kept our young grandchildren here while we visited for spring break. King size beds great for sleeping with kids. A small back yard that we enjoyed with the lighted gazebo and a tic-tac-toe gameboard for a lot of fun. Location is close to everything we wanted to do and eat.

In the Center of the Auburn action

Very nice rental. Would stay again. Most important high points are the proximity to all things relevant in downtown Auburn and the charm of a cared-for vintage home. Thank you!

Cute home away from home for visiting our Auburn students:)

Such a convenient location, walkable to all things Auburn. Cute front porch for morning coffee. Had everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend. Front bedroom had some road noise but back bedroom was quiet.

Go Blue!

We had a great 3-day stay at the blue cottage! The property manager was very responsive and helpful with our pre booking questions. We didn't need to interact during the stay, because everything about the house lived up to its description. It is a renovated 1940s era cottage, which some will probably consider to be a little drafty in really cold weather. That being said, it has a new looking heat pump unit that kept us nice and toasty in January. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are good quality. The location is fantastic, as it's only a few blocks from downtown and campus. The only downside of the location is the busy intersection, which brings some traffic noise and can make it a little challenging to use a left turn when entering/exiting. We tended to do the block to turn right into the property during high traffic periods, which worked well. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would book again. Highly recommend!

Excellent Location and Cute as Button

Loved our stay. It was a very cold day in January, but it was cozy and cute inside. There were lots of extra blanket s and coffee supplies to keep us warm. So roomy and updated. I would so live there! Thank you,

Good Location but small and needs updates

The home was clean. Good location. Close to food, Publix and Toomer's Corner. Tight driveway to the road to get on for exiting. Some road noise but nothing ear plugs won't cut out. I would stay again, but not for a holiday. A Game day would be better.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue House! The location was great, just a short walk back after rolling Toomers! Great communication with the property manager - clear and direct. Couldn't ask for more!

Cozy cottage

Cute, comfortable cottage in the heart of downtown Auburn! Nice yard in back for pets! Host is especially nice and helpful. Would recommend. Comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped. Nice linens.

Clean Convenient and spacious. A smidge loud.

Everything is walkable from this location! It’s clean and the beds are big and comfortable!! We loved it. It is on a very busy road and road noise is a 24 hour element. Not a problem for us, but not easy to know when you are booking because the Vrbo process makes it difficult t see the exact location. Not a slam on the property just a “good to know”. Would book again.

Wonderful house, location is great. If there is a lot of traffic the road noise can be heard inside but isn't terrible.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay for game day. It’s right on a main road so it’s a little loud at night when cars drive by. However the location to walking downtown was great! It’s three bedrooms but you have to walk thru one bedroom to get to the third one. Worked great for us having kids.
