Desert sensation with beautiful views on golf course!

Fully updated 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath condo in the heart of the desert. This end unit condo is located on a quiet street with a secured, gated entry that is manned 24 hours/day.
***Please inquire about 28 night or longer stays. Discount for stays longer than 28 nights.***

The light, spacious living room has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fan and large screen smart TV with cable and streaming channels. The well-equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, cabinets and many windows. Tile flooring is throughout the kitchen, dining area, living area and hallways.

The large bedrooms all have new paint, carpet, and linens. The primary bedroom has cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second smart TV is located here. The second bedroom has a work station and the third is attached to an atrium where a quiet morning coffee can be enjoyed. There is plenty of storage with ample closets in each bedroom, a linen closet, a hall closet, and cabinets in both the laundry room and garage.

Enjoy relaxing on the large patio overlooking the golf course and mountains. There is a gas BBQ for your use, a dining table plus two cozy chairs and loveseat. A heater is in the garage available to use on those chillier evenings.

Relax or work in the desert! Two desk areas and high-speed internet make it easy to spread out and get your business or school work done. Fun is easy to find - condo is a short distance to several pools and hot tubs and clubhouse which offers casual and fine dining.

Our location is just a few miles from El Paseo with 5 star restaurants and world class shopping. The River in Rancho Mirage also offers dining, a movie theater, and shopping and is just 10 minutes away. The desert offers abundant hiking and nature viewing. The condo provides great access to everything that the Coachella Valley offers!

Lovely 3 bedroom home on a golf course. We enjoyed drinking lemonade on the patio and being with family. Great location with many things to do close by.

Guys golf weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend. We had a few questions of the owners and they were quickly answered. The condo is immaculate and well appointed. Very good amenities and location for the price. Full gated community makes it very secure.

Great stay in Monterey Country Club with spectacular Mountain View!

Beautiful end unit, 2 bed, 2 bath. Very nicely furnished. Kitchen looks recently remodeled and is extremely well equipped. Patio area is especially nice with comfortable chairs and umbrella to enjoy sunsets, and nice table for outdoor dining. Short walk to a nearby pool. Highly recommend! We wished we had booked for a longer stay!

Great condo in Palm Desert

The condo on the golf course at Monterrey CC was spectacular. Everything worked beautifully. The kitchen was furnished with all the necessary cooking equipment. We have found this to be a shortcoming of many rental condos. But not this one. It was within 9 minutes of almost every place that we wanted to go. The condo owner was very prompt in replying to our messages. This was truly a wonderful experience.

Brothers golf trip

We had not used a VBRO in Palm Desert before but decided to try it so me and my brothers had room and a kitchen during our annual brothers golf trip. From booking to checking out was easy. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location to all the golf courses. The owner of the condo was quick to respond to questions. Our golf trip was a success!!

Great find!

Thank you Amy & Tim for sharing your lovely place with us. We were there for a tennis tournament with our friends for the weekend and really had the most comfortable accommodations at the condo. It’s beautifully remodeled with all the comfortable beds, spacious living spaces and fabulous kitchen, right on the golf course. We hope to make it back soon and stay longer next time. You were also quick to respond to emails as well. Thank you!

Beautiful Views

Loved everything about the place. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because we were not allowed to use the gym or other amenities other than the pool. I wish I would have known gym wasn’t included. Other than that, it was fantastic and Amy was quick to respond. Thank you!

Such a relaxing stay

The property was beautiful, spacious and clean with nice amenities like Peets coffee for the coffeemaker. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers go by. Amy was very responsive and the stay was wonderful. I wish I could stay a month!

Girls Trip

Four of us had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. The golf course setting is beautiful with green grass and palm trees. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The host quickly responded to any questions. We hope to stay here next year.

Loved the place & area. Very clean, neat, beautiful & accommodating. The house was equipped with all necessities. We contacted Amy on Saturday and were able to extend our stay for another day. Would give 10 stars if we could. Highly recommend the property. Will definitely rent her property again.

Oasis in the desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire process was easy - from booking to check in to communication with our hosts, Amy and Tim. Peaceful & calming Palm Desert!

We so enjoyed every minute at this home in Monterey Country Club. The accomodations were excellent with ample room for 5 of us adults!. Morning breakfast on the patio and beautiful views of the mountains and greenery. Would love to visit again. In addition, Amy was very accomodating to us. Thank you.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and everything you need

We loved staying at this beautiful home, it had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was as well equipped as ours at home and the beds were very comfortable. These hosts have thought of everything to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. It is even more lovely than the photos can show. There are 36 heated pools and hot tubs on the greater property. My husband said "put this place on speed dial" the first day. We were with our two sons so everyone had their own comfortable room. The location is ideal and it's so close to everything. We would highly recommend this home!
