Beuutiful house in a great location! House is exactly as shown in the pictures and very nicely decorated. House is clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. Communication with the host was great--I enjoy renting from property owners rather than property management companies.

Week long retreat paradise.

What a well planned out and complete stocked cabin. We cooked 3 nights during our stay and this a cooks kitchen. Everything you could possibly need is there. Very clean and organized. This cabin is 5 star, and the host is 5 star also. From the remote control blinds to the awesome decks with Mountain View’s, this is a paradise for this Florida family. Thank you Robert for sharing this great cabin with us.

Wonderful!

My family absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful, and everything was sparkling clean. The views from the deck were spectacular! We also appreciated the little touches such as laundry soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If you want to use the grill, remember to bring your own grilling utensils. Overall, I highly recommend the Cozzi Lodge!

Amazing Cabin!

This cabin was a great place to stay. It was spacious and has all the amenities that you would want to make you feel at home. The host was very responsive and helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The cabin is located in the mountains and offers an amazing view. The drive up to the cabin is steep and I would recommend SUVs with 4 wheel drive if going during the winter time. Our group did get stuck for an extra day due to the snow and ice that made it dangerous to drive on the roads. The host were very helpful and allowed us to stay an extra day at a discount. Definitely will be back!

We are the Cozzi's. A family of four who love everything nature and life has to offer. Our appreciation for the outdoors starts with our love for water. Whether its a lake or the ocean we gravitate to water. We love to share our home, experiences, and toys with our family and friends.

Michelle has a gift to decorate spaces in a way that converts a structure into home and can create an experience with textures, colors, and furniture. Robert has a "make it happen" attitude and will find a way to "Make it Happen". Together we turn structures into unique combinations of our collective vision.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is our second short term rental property. Our first property sits 20 yards from the Gulf Of Mexico in Holmes Beach Florida in Anna Mari Island. Christened The Cozzi Cottage it was the motivation for a mountain retreat. The dream of a mountain home almost didn't happen. In 2006 The Cozzi's placed a deposit on land in the Mountains of North Georgia. Regrettable the Housing bubble forced us to put that dream on hold. 15 years later The Cozzi Lodge became a reality!

We chose this property due its mountain location, modern construction, and proximity to a multitude of outdoor experiences. We wanted something off the beaten path that could offer seclusion, with convenience for us and our guests. We love how close we are to Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. One of the main criteria's was to have the ability to have our family and friends join us on our visits. We feel The Cozzi Lodge is the perfect venue to create memories and fulfil the ability to do it with those who are part of our lives. We hope our guests will feel the same way when they visit and The Cozzi Lodge becomes common destination.
