Featuring the finest lakefront views in Monarch Cove, with upgraded kitchen, custom cabinetry, new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and over 1500 square feet of room to eat, drink, or enjoy a quiet night on the lake in the large SCREENED-IN patio - NO BUGS! Outdoor gas grill on patio. 12x36 boat slip if you need it, only a few steps from your front door. The condo is within minutes to a variety of great restaurants by land or water as well as shopping, golf and nightlife, and a short drive to Osage Beach! No smoking please, inside or on the patio.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was perfect for our family get together. It easily accommodated the 6 adults we had in our group with plenty of room. The deck was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the view of the lake. I highly recommend this property for your visit to the Lake of the Ozarks!

Delightful retreat with beautiful views

The property was clean, well furnished and so perfect for us and our 2 teens. The condo is well located with nice views and justvthe right distance to the pool. Host is very responsive. We will be back!

Last Minute Getaway

We wanted to schedule a last-minute trip. I was nervous about booking with the 24-hour possible wait for confirmation. Chris informed us that the patio would possibly be inaccessible and that is why instant book wasn't available. I appreciated their honesty! We were unable to go on the patio but the view was still great. We were also unable to use the grill, however, we knew this was a possibility before confirming our booking. The patio will be a fantastic addition to a nice condo. The beds were perfect for our family of six.

Summer -weekend

Great location and property. Everything was clean and provided for. There was only one hiccup and that was holiday parking. The owner communicated and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend and stay again.- property was also very close to shopping and eating establishments.

Home Away From Home

The home was clean and everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom! The view was spectacular with incredible sunsets as well. The locations was convenient to the downtown area with souvenir shops and restaurants. It was quiet with no boat noise from the lake. Chris was very helpful in getting us information on a place to launch our boat closest to the Monarch. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

Very nice condo

This condo was very spacious and clean. Location was great. Right around corner from elevators. Unfortunately my car was towed because the parking was full with a huge truck blocking the way. 300 later, I got my car back. Other than that, our stay was awesome!

Fantastic place

The property is very clean, close to many places to eat or enjoy. Pool & hot tub very nice & clean. View is fantastic!! Enjoyed the screened in balcony. The grandchildren & I enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a lovely place. Hope to come back next year. Sheri

Another Great Stay

This was our second time to rent this condo for our biannual trip to the lake. As with our previous visit, the condo was very clean and was perfect for our 10 night stay. The view from the screened-in balcony is wonderful. We would enjoy it in the mornings with coffee - and then later watched the sunsets. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had. We also loved spending mornings at the pool on the point.

It was OK for short stay

We were informed ahead of time that the deck wasn't usable. But it was disappointing to walk into unit and there be paper trapped to floors and carpet that construction workers were using to work on the deck. We had our meals planned to eat in condo with food bought. The kitchen wasn't supplied well with cooking needs.

A good experience overall

The condo was clean, quiet, well decorated, and in a fabulous location. The master bedroom had an amazing view of the lake. We didn't have any issues finding parking and we were a ~10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. The kids had a blast! There were a few inconveniences. We knew about the porch construction ahead of time, and didn't mind it one bit, but when we arrived at the condo we discovered the doors to the porch were unlocked (with no way to lock them). There were no barriers on the porch stopping someone from falling off the edge, and being so high up with young kids we were very concerned. We ended up purchasing zip ties to lock the doors ourselves. Additionally, the dishwasher did not work, which wasn't a huge deal except that we hadn't anticipated handwashing dishes every day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cups, but was in need of some measuring cups and new potholders. We unfortunately discovered holes in the potholders when we went to take a hot pan out of the oven. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the condo, and would love to return once the construction is finished and the dishwasher is working again! The host was friendly and responsive throughout our entire stay.
