Book your next destination at The Falls with our modern and cozy condo at the popular Lake of the Ozarks. Right off of Horseshoe Bend, you’ll be greeted with incredible views, a large open floor plan, two lakeview suites as well as a third bedroom, 3 full baths, a spacious deck and minutes from the strip. This newly renovated, 1750 sq. ft. condo is perfect for family or couples' fun, for up to 10 guests!

Our condo at The Falls is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, and of course, a coffee pot and a Keurig for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic barbecue with our newly purchased gas grill.

After a long day of boating on the water or browsing the countless shops, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a flat screen TV with streaming access and of course, WiFi.

Or pour a glass of wine from our cocktail nook and gather outside on the deck to enjoy the fresh air and moonlit water, cozied up on our wicker furniture or large, wood swing.

Bedrooms include a primary suite with a king bed and full bed. Its own private bathroom and shower, along with a walk-in closet. This room has a wonderful view of the lake and an entrance to the patio.

The Queen suite houses a queen bed, a crib, private full bath, a walk-in closet and view of the lake with entrance to the patio.

The third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds, a large closet, and just steps away from the hallway full bath.

Plenty of pillows and blankets for those chillier nights, and a washer and dryer for your personal use!

Located off of Horseshoe bend, at the 2-mile marker from the Bagnell Dam, you’ll find our easily accessible condominiums close to plenty of shopping and food! Get ready to enjoy two delightful pools, one at the water's edge, great for sunbathing and boat watching, and the other with a 360 view of the lake with a nice view of the sunset. Enjoy the early morning fishermen while catching the beautiful sunrise from our sizeable screened in porch. This location truly can't be beat!

Girls Trip

Overall, this property was very nice and spacious and slept 9 of us comfortably. We were able to grill on the deck and enjoy the fantastic views of the lake. Only 2 things I would fix if I could. First, one of the bathrooms didn't have a door and that was in a room where 4 girls slept, so slight inconvience. And second, the battery for the door lock died and we could not find a charger for it, so we had to use an extra key that was left out. Other than that, we had a great time!
