Pet friendly Cinnamon Ridge II #1 is a ground floor, end unit that is beautifully updated. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 and is just 250 yards to the slopes. Walk or shuttle to the resort and Ski Ride School. Views of Keystone Mountain, river and wetlands. Living room has comfortable seating, large flatscreen, wood fireplace and sofabed. Free WiFI and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen has granite-tile countertops and stainless appliances. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen bar seats 2. High chair in unit. Large covered deck overlooks the valley and slopes and has table for 2. Recreation/bike path right out the door. South facing and full of light. Cinnamon Ridge boasts a great combination of location to the slopes, with comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Close to the Black Mountain Lodge and Ski Tip Lodge wedding venues. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Walk or shuttle to the Keystone slopes and ski/ride school. Arapahoe Basin is just 5 minutes away, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain 25 minutes. Located along the Snake River near beaver ponds. It is in the Mountain House Base Area of Keystone. Also walk or shuttle to nearby restaurants and River Run Village restaurants, shops and snowsport rentals. In summer enjoy festivals and events at River Run Village, mountain biking, cycling, golf at two championship courses, hiking, horseback riding, kids activities at Keystone Lake and more. Winter resort activities include tubing, ice skating, sleigh rides and events. Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in unit, deadbolt and outdoor lighting.

The location was perfectly located in the middle of Keystone, within a close walk to the Peru lift. The condo was just as expected and described in the posting.

Wonderful location!

The view from the deck is serene and peaceful. Easy 5 minute walk to gondola at Keystone. Walking distance to great coffee and restaurants - wonderful stay!

Great Ski Condo!

We are traveling with our dog and this place was wonderful! Great view of the mountains and a short, easy, beautiful walk to the Peru ski lift. The condo was roomy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the view of the water and mountains was breathtaking, the kitchen was well equipped and the layout was roomy and great. My favorite was the walking trail directly behind the condo, it was great for taking our dog on lovely walks during the day and evening. My husband and I decided if we ever return to Keystone, we'd definitely try to stay here again.

Keystone's beautiful Aspen turn.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mid- September is the perfect time to catch the Aspen turn in it's full yellow-gold glory between the summer crowds and ski season. Days are sunny and warm and evenings quickly become chilly as the sun sets.Ski condos quickly show their wear as they suffer hard use during the season and this one was no exception. Updates were evident, mostly cosmetic and the place was basically surface cleaned: however some important areas were missed. The sliding doors were so dirty they were difficult to see through and the top of the fridge had not been cleaned in months. Worse, there were no cleaning supplies to DIY. The ice maker is not operable and the disposal is unavailable noted by several posted notes that the buildings pipes were"old". A little more attention to the cleaning and some repairs would have boosted our review another star and earned a referral.The property management company was professional, efficient and easy to work with. As promised, they had the grill clean and the propane plentiful.

Had a great time

Loved the location and view. Place was very clean except the walkway outside of the door. Someone did clean before the end of my stay. Felt safe staying here. The mechanical room is a bit noisy, more so for my dog who thought it was someone at the door every time it did what ever it was doing Would seriously consider booking the condo in the future.

It is right on the walking path to Mountain House base area and River Run Village. We enjoyed walking our dog along the path. The view from the bedroom windows and living room sliding glass door is gorgeous. The patio was the perfect place to sit outside and soak in the surroundings. We slept well and cooked in the kitchen with ease. We will rent here again.

In-state getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice stay at this conveniently located property. As a couple with one of our older children along, there was sufficient room for us in this efficient 2-BR condo, and we were glad to be able to bring along our 7-mo lab since it was pet friendly. The unit was clean, well-equipped and we liked the in-unit laundry, wood/fireplace, and two bathrooms as convenience and comfort features. The first-floor entrance on the parking side was nice, and the balcony facing the mountains was up one level on the other side for safety and not having a ground-level feel at all. Best features: fantastic view over an open creek/pond basin to the foothills/ski slopes beyond, easy access to walking path behind unit and a 10-min enjoyable walk to River Run village with all of its shopping, restaurants, etc. or a 5-7 minute walk to the Peru lift base area. A few amenities were needed — lighter for fireplace, broken coffee maker— but management said they’d replace. Otherwise an enjoyable comfortable stay we would repeat from our home 2hours away.

The machine room noise is awful!!

Unit was nice, clean, comfortable and everything worked. Location is good but not slope side if that is what you are looking for. The constant loud high pitched hum from the engine room abutting the unit was intolerable! It says end unit but it’s really not b/c the machine room is on the actual end! 250yds to slope if you are a bird or can walk on water….. it’s walkable but much farther than noted or than it looks on map. Fun was had by all even as we hummed or screeched along to the engine room.

Great Condo for Watching Moose

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED this condo. It was spacious and comfortable. It's on the corner so there are plenty of windows for natural light. The view off the deck is lovely and includes moose watching. The kitchen was very nice for cooking. Bedroom comfortable but the bed was too high for me. We had to move the ottoman in from the living room so I could get in and out of bed. Steps up would be helpful. Not sure why places have to have tall beds now - we aren't all giants. There was a nice gas grill on the deck but no gas so disappointing. The electrical outlets in the Master bath did not work plus a hallway outlet. As someone commented earlier, the washer only uses very hot water which ruins clothing so be careful. We would love to return if these maintenance issues are corrected. We appreciated that our little dog could come along and he enjoyed moose watching from the deck as well. We recommend this condo as long as you are aware of the issues I mentioned.

Beautiful view and trail access

We very much enjoyed a relaxing summer stay at this abode. The mountain view and access to trails around the river and marshes was appreciated. The location is convenient for access to Keystone Village/ River Run as well.

Nice place

Overall, the condo was fine, and we had no major issues during our stay. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. I liked it well enough that I would stay there again. At the same time, in planning a trip for next year, I’m already looking at alternative lodging. Pros: -Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes -One of very few pet friendly units (and has pet supplies on hand). -Leftover coffee, oil, and spices came in handy (even though I had brought some of my own) Cons: -On the smaller side. It was fine for our family of three, but wouldn’t work well if you maxed out the capacity. -No hot tub, which is unusual for this area -Sign on the door says to leave ski gear outside, but there’s no secure way to stow your gear -Not able to use the garbage disposal b/c the “HOA has old pipes” -Rude property management company when they called the day prior to arrival Other: -The closets have a lot of the owner’s stuff in them that made storage a bit tricky. -There is a lockable closet outside where ski gear could be stored, but the key doesn’t open the deadbolt. -The TV is on the small side for modern TVs. -The TV is connected to a Dolby 5.1 surround sound system, but the speakers are incorrectly placed. For example, two of the front speakers are located behind you. -You have to stop at the property management company location in Dillon to check in and retrieve your keys. Time to upgrade to a modern WiFi enabled lock where the code can be easily changed between guests and this hassle eliminated.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this property. You can’t beat the location and views. We enjoyed walking along the paved path daily and ending up in the ski village. We were a party of four adults and one toddler. The unit felt very spacious and a plus was the extra windows since we were an end unit. We loved how the unit was decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. The unit was clean and the management team was very responsive. A previous reviewer mentioned that the mixer and crock pot were broken. I reached out to the manager because we were planning on cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The replacement items were waiting for us upon arrival! The bathroom shower did leak which was inconvenient but that was the only con. Oh, and we did see a bear run away from the dumpster in the evening when we took the garbage out! In summary, we had a great time and will hopefully return to Cinnamon Ridge.

Small and worn out

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this condo is the location which is on the Snake River in Keystone. It's an absolutely beautiful setting with lots of wildlife including Moose. The physical condition of the place was a disappointment, and the size was too small to share comfortably with another couple. Several problems were encountered. There was no room in the closets because they were filled with owner stuff - we spent about an hour rearranging all of it to fit in. Sliding glass door to patio was unuseable/broken and was repaired by management, but it never worked right. Dishwasher rack lacked rollers - was awkward to use and was another repair by management. Faucet in second bedroom was broken - also repaired after we called. The sofa has stains on it and most all furniture was worn and old. The bunk bed in the second bedroom was awkward and our guests had to reverse the sleeping position to use it.
