Spacious home on a private road with partial ocean views. Short walk to Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. Perfect for multi-generational stays, it features 3 decks. The main floor has 4 twin beds, TV, couch, bathroom, and an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 2nd floor includes an open kitchen, living room, and two decks. The 3rd floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, private deck, and two queen bedrooms. All the amenities you would want!

A wonderful stay!

Our family group of 7 stayed for a wedding weekend at this home, perfect for our celebration. We had plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms to get ready. The house is very well furnished. I could not think of one thing that I wanted that wasn’t provided. It’s a beautiful and pleasant space to spend some time. Sean is a wonderful host. He made check in and check out very smooth. Communication was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 5th summer in a row renting in the York area and Sean’s home is our favorite. Spacious, clean and it had everything we needed.

Perfect house and location for family vacation!

We had 3 families of cousins stay for the week and had great time during our stay in the house. Plenty of room for everyone, the kids had their own area downstairs, the deck was great for dining, morning coffee, quiet reading - whatever was happening at the time! The house was immaculately clean and had everything a home needs to live in comfortably. The homeowners thought to supply everything families need to live and enjoy day to day, including a great welcome box of snacks! The house was beautifully decorated with a seaside theme consistently thru the house which just added to it's charm. We could walk everywhere: short and long sands beach, the Nubble lighthouse, downtown, etc. We'll be back next year!

This is the most well appointed house we have ever rented! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nubble lighthouse as well.

If I could give 6 stars, I would.

This property was AMAZING. It was extremely clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Sean was a very welcoming host who answered questions in an extremely timely manner. He was also willing to offer us a different weekend for our trip due to extreme weather at no additional charge. This was by far the best rental accommodation I have ever stayed at, and I would certainly recommend this house for every occasion.

Amazing stay!

The house was perfect! Very beautiful, clean, cozy and so well equipped. The location was really good too! Small walk to the beach! Sean was a perfect host! Available at anytime! We recommand at 110% and will go back again for sure!

Great house!

My family stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it! It’s a great location and the house is even more impressive than the pictures! Sean was also a great host and very responsive by text the whole time! It has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! We will be back!

Family Vacation

My family of 10 ages 5-80 stayed here for a week in August. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the wonderful front porch just added to the space as we ate almost all of our dinners out there. The house was as pictured, and it was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. We did not need the car very often as this house is walkable to both Short Sands and Long Sands as well as Nubble Light House. Finally I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Sean is easy to deal with and easy to get in touch with. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation in York.

Perfect House for extended family

We were two grandparents, four adult children/in-laws, and four children (6-14). This house was just perfect for us. Plenty of room to eat, sleep, and play for the ten of us. The house is beautifully decorated with many special touches and was very well-stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean and in great condition. Walking distance to both Long Sands and Short Sands beaches was a big plus, although parking at Short Sands was easy too. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Amazing home & host

This home has everything you could ever need for a large family vacation. The proximity to everything (both long, short sands & nubble light house) was within walking distance & easy to get to. Sean was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Absolutely amazing stay

Absolutely amazing stay. Super communicative owners, check-in and check-out was a breeze. House was beautiful and space was perfect for multiple families to share. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and stacked with sheets, towels and soap. Best part was that all the cousins can be in basement with own shower and play space. Backyard and deck were great for eating and night time yard activities. Wonderful stay.

Simply the best!!

You will NOT be disappointed! Sean is amazing and super accommodating. The place was immaculate and they thought of everything! Snacks, coffees, toiletries and a brochure on local establishments one might enjoy. Walking distance to Nubble lighthouse and the beach! Plenty of rooms to spread out but ample gathering space for meals and games. We will 100% be booking here again. You are gonna love it!!!

A Lovely Retreat in York!

This beautiful home is even more pretty in person. It is also very well built so you don’t hear others moving through the house. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in. Fabulous location which is walkable to almost everything. Sean provides great tips for things to do and places to get the best food. We loved every minute of our time there!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY !!

We rented this house for a 70th birthday party for a group of ladies. The home is immaculate and the neighborhood is very upscale. The home is within walking distance to the Nubble Lighthouse, beaches and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. This house is also perfect for a family with children as the lower level sleeps 6 plus. If you are looking for a house in this area don't look any further. Reserve this house before it is booked and I guarantee you will enjoy your visit and make wonderful memories.

UNH Graduation Weekend

Stayed for the weekend for my daughter's graduation from UNH. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. There was more than enough room for the whole family. Sean was very accommodating to our needs and responded almost immediately when I reached out to him with any questions. We will definitely be going back!!

Great house and perfect location

Came up to York for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place. The house was nice, it had a ton of amenities, the host was super responsive, and it was walking distance to just about everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed

Our stay in York was great and the house was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house is adorable, well stocked and big enough for the 3 families who we traveled with. Walking distance to long sands beach. I wish we had more time there! Highly recommend!

Sean & Lesley recently purchased this short term rental vacation home. For 25 years, we've said, Someday.......... Well, "Someday is Today" and that became the name of our York, Maine home.
Sean has spent the last 30+ years in the gymnastics industry. He recently sold his gymnastics business to enter into the Short Term Rental business. In addition, he is a licensed Realtor in NH and Maine. Sean owns/has owned various commercial and residential properties is Southern New Hampshire and Maine.
Lesley was a social worker prior to having kids. She now works in the local school system as a Para-Educator specializing in reading support. She was also co-owner of their gymnastics business.
They both enjoy all aspects of Real Estate and are looking forward to serving their guests in the Short Term Rental business.
