Great location overlooking the water. Plenty of beds for a large sized party. In a quiet location with lots of exploring to be done in the surrounding areas.

A spectacular location and house. We were celebrating our 60th Colby Junior College reunion and enjoyed every minute as we sat on the deck to take in the view and took long walks on the beach. The lovely house was perfect for enjoying relaxing times and quiet dinners. Comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living room. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for our cooking needs. The location enabled us to have a pleasant and unforgettable reunion. We came from all over - Maine, Connecticut, California, Minnesota, and Great Britain.

This is the second time our family have stayed at this beautiful house overlooking the ocean. It's very comfortable and has a large kitchen suitable for making our meals.

The house is large and laid out so well for a multi-generation gathering. The fireplace is excellent and made things cozy on a very cold weekend. Kids went sledding in the backyard and braved a polar plunge. The host was very accomodating and quick to reply to text. Love this house.

Spectacular beach house! Huge, comfortable, well-equipped and with great views of our favorite beach. Our family of 10 (aged 18 mo. to 76 yrs) all had a wonderful week. Great kitchen, open plan, porches, lots of space for people for be together -- or not, and a great family beach with not many people and splendid swimming for kids because it doesn't get deep until very far out. The house is really truly beautiful - our second year!BUT - communication from VRBO was wrong and problematic. Email and app giving dirctions for check-in gave us a contact number and name that were both wrong. We had trouble using the code to open the door (email said it would be activated 30 minutes before check-in time, but it wasn't), phone number was to someone with no connection to house, name of Property Manager was wrong, and no other number or contact info was given. It was just luck that I could contact the owner, who responded promptly. Once we got in - everything was great - but verify information!!!

Thanksgiving by the Sea

We are so grateful that we were able to see 3 stunning sunrises. What a beautiful way to start each day as we gathered during this Holiday. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.

Fantastic Venue for Annual Friends’ Weekend

6 of my long time girlfriends and I spent the weekend in this beautiful home. The home was spacious and situated overlooking the ocean! A breathtaking views from all the rooms!

Great beachfront stay

Great dining room table, great experience cooking in the giant kitchen with all our family and friends. Clean rooms, lots of space to entertain and converse. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and platters, etc. Easy and Private access to the beach. Beautiful deck with ample seating. Plenty of private parking.

Fall beach get away

The house created the perfect back drop and place to stay for us to have a weekend by the ocean! It was wonderful to catch up with friends on the deck or walk down and jump into the ocean steps from the back door before being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves each evening.

Another wonderful stay!

Our group of old friends returned in early November after visiting the property the previous fall. Exquisite location, spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed house. Ideal! We've already booked to return again next year.

This was an amazing house in a fabulous location on the beach! The house was spacious and easily accommodated us six girlfriends. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck having drinks and loving the wonderful view! The location on Kittery Point was great, although a bit of a drive to get anywhere. We explored Portsmouth NH which was only15 minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this lovely house!

Breathtaking Views

Spacious home in a great location. Plenty of room for our 3 generation family. Polar plunge , sledding and sitting by the beautiful fireplace have become family traditions as this is our fourth visit. Everyone wants to come back next winter!
