Enjoy a marina front newly renovated Sapphire Village Studio Condo with a balcony overlooking beautiful Sapphire Beach's turquoise water. Island Time is located in the waterfront Saba building, just footsteps away from the pool, restaurant & bar. Endless activities including jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, deep-sea fishing, sailboat charters, and more. A short stroll around the marina to beautiful Sapphire Beach. Be sure to visit trendy Red Hook, less than five minutes away, where you will find the ferry to St. John & the BVI's, restaurants, shopping, and plentiful nightlife. Or relax and take in the sounds of the ocean and feel the true Caribbean breeze.

The condo is cozy & well equipped.
Kitchen includes; refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes & utensils.

Sleeping includes: King size bed
Entertainment includes Smart TV w/ Free NETFLIX. Free private Wi-Fi. Alexa alarm clock.
Beach amenities include snorkel gear, beach towels, small coolers, beach bags, beach chairs, and full face mask snorkel equipment.

Sapphire Village features 2 pools, lounge chairs, tiki-style umbrellas, an on-site restaurant, laundry service, and free parking for guests.

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed our time here. The unit is perfect for my husband and I. We had a great view from the balcony and the king was very comfortable. Highly recommend. Host was excellent to deal with as well no issues.

A Piece of Heaven

Our stay was perfect! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We enjoyed the view from the deck, walking to Sapphire beach, swimming in the pool, eating everyday at Suni's Bar and Grille, and taking a sunset cruise right from the marina on property. We were there for 4 days and only left the property for an hour to go to Moe's for some groceries. Host was easy to contact. We would definitely return to this property again.

Great location!!

We had an amazing stay! Very clean accommodations, (thank you Terrance and Stacy) with amazing views, close to pools, beach and restaurants. Easy access to Red Hook and local shopping areas! Took ferry to St. Johns for the day and enjoyed the beautiful beaches and went back at night to enjoy the restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect spot.

The condo was perfect, great location, well-decorated, and all of the little touches - beach chairs, beach cooler, snorkel gear, drying rack, etc to make us want for nothing. Deanna was also very responsive to any questions we had before and during trip, I’m so glad we found this gem.

Convenient to Red Hook and the ferry to St John. Nice views of the water and marina from the balcony. Nicely decorated. Gated resort, felt very safe. Taxis responded quickly.

This is a perfect spot on St Thomas. The unit was so comfortable with a great view of the marina. We loved the on site restaurant and spent our days at Sapphire Beach. This is so close to the ferry to St John’s with easy taxi stand a short walk away. Thank you!

Perfect ST. Thomas Getaway

Condo was perfect! Beautiful view of the marina. Short walk to Saphire beach. Short taxi ride to Redhook for restaurants and the ferry to St. John. Deanna was very kind and helpful. She provided loads of information about the island. Can't wait to go back!!

Relaxing!

Very clean property. Had everything we needed. Property manager quickly responded if any issue. loved sitting on balcony watching boats come in and out. Sapphire beach was beautiful. Loved the idea that we could get lunch and a drink right on the beach.

Great ocean front condo

Over all the condo was wonderful. Very clean, nicely updated bathroom and kitchen space. The porch looking out over the ocean was private and peaceful. The entire property was well kept. Bar/restaurant and pool steps from the unit. Parking and laundry was also a plus. Deanna was wonderful to deal with, great communication.

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was exactly like the photos! It was clean and right on the water. The owners were very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Everything you need for stay including snorkeling gear, beach towels and beach chairs are included. The air conditioner is amazing! They left a really nice welcome packet that gives you all the information you need to know during your stay. I’m definitely booking this condo when I come back.

Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The condo is beautiful; we loved the color scheme and decorations. And the view is breathtaking! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony taking in the ocean views and comings and goings at the marina.Everything was very clean and the condo is equipped with plenty of kitchen amenities, beach supplies, etc. Having beach chairs there was a big money saver, along with not having to pack towels and a beach bag. It seems that the owners thought of everything to make our stay as stress-free as possible!Deanna was great at communicating, and made every step of the process - from initial inquiry to check-out - easy and personable.The location can't be beat as you are right by the pool, the bar/restaurant, the marina, and the laundry facility. Sapphire Beach is fantastic and is only a 5 minute walk away. The condo is also in a very great location to access all of the other beautiful areas of St Thomas in less than 30 minutes, if you like to explore like we do.Great value for the perfect experience we had! Highly recommend!

Island getaway

From the time we finalized the booking until we left, couldn’t be smoother! Condo was perfect-very clean and well equipped with everything needed for. Great stay and beach chairs, towels etc. for the beach. Condo is in a great location in the complex near the restaurant (which is also great!), laundry and unobstructed marina and ocean views from the deck. Short walk down to Sapphire beach and an awesome beach bar, coffee bar and pizza place and great swimming and snorkeling. Red hook is about a mile away with many restaurants, large grocery store and ferry dock. St. John’s is a must for beautiful unspoiled beaches. Highly recommend properly and can’t wait to go back!

Just Fabulous!

This condo is just amazing! Fabulous view, just beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and every detail accounted for. Every inch of this unit has been updated. AC worked perfectly. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the coffee table that raises up! Beach chairs, towels & other beach items provided (cooler/Snorkel gear/Towel clips) were very nice. There were even thermal bags for going grocery shopping! Very spacious and felt like home except we do not have that "wow" view! Perfect Location and was close to everything (Ferry/Red Hook Restaurants/beaches). Everyone at the complex was helpful and nice & communication with the owner was top notch. Pool was great with a restaurant/bar right there or a short walk down to Sapphire Beach to grab coffee & breakfast sandwiches if your feeling lazy in the morning. You will not be disappointed staying here! We will definitely be repeat customers!

nice renovation of property and location in complex . very comfortable with everything that you needed . Deanna was easy to communicate with when contacted . sudis and one of the pools was steps away . had breakfast couple mornings out of the few days limited items but good . nice that you did not have to go somewhere just for breakfast . lunch was good also . great view and not far to walk for a cab and saphire beach .cab rides to other locations , red hook for ferry , mountain top for view , water bay for sun and sand bar n grill close to margaritaville which to us was nothing special except to catch a cab when you left sun and sand . wasn't crowded on the east side of island . Trunk bay was still beautiful 35 yrs later. condo location was excellent for view and ease of travel . next time we will stay longer like I did 35 yrs ago on frenchmans reef . Island time condo will be first pick if we don't stay on st john .
