Beautiful New Mexico Vibe! 1st level condo in the heart of the village. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a newly updated kitchen and furniture with plenty of cooking and dining needs. The beds are comfortable and we offer an XL Twin roll away bed as well. The bathrooms feature large Towels, hand towels and washcloths, higher end body soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as grooming needs and hair dryers. Internet and cable ready or if you choose, we have some DVD's, board games and card games for both children and adults. We have a Gas fireplace, heater and gas oven & stove and a new front load washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked for dining and cooking, condiments, an array of spices, cooking oils, coffee and tea assortments as well as TP, paper towels, dish tabs, wash machine tabs and cleaning products in case you need them during your stay. Off of the dining area is a comfortable and quiet patio that accesses the garage so you can safely store your equipment without worry. Although this garage is not used to park a car, you can easily fit 2 motorcycles or several bikes as well as ski equipment and it has an automatic garage door with a keypad for access from your parking space. In the garage you have use of the gas BBQ or a little smoky, a portable fire pit (when allowed by the village) sleds, chairs and cornhole. There is a large common space in the backyard that is across the street from fantastic food and drinks (Pizza Stop, Mikuna Grill, Pub and Grub) as well as equipment rentals and repair and apparel shops (Ski Tech). The condo complex is a courtyard style, intimate setting. You have space for parking in front of the garage or to the side of the condo depending on the size of your vehicle. During the winter you are able to catch the free ski shuttle that is just outside of the condo complex. Want to walk? The resort is just 2 blocks up the road or down the road to walking trails. For a fee you have access to the golf resort pool and hot tub and workout facilities. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed, penalties will apply. This property has security cameras located outside the garage, front door, patio and inside the Garage. NO cameras have any visibility of the interior of the home.

A little time for our friends

Kim was thorough, accurate, and communicated very well with us throughout the entire stay. It was extremely comfortable, and we had a great visit with our friends who live in Angel Fire. You would do well by staying here!

Spring Break Ski Trip

Staying here were myself, my husband, and our 12 year old son. We had a great experience at this property, it was very well equipped and beyond comfortable. The location was central to everything, we had no issues getting around. If you have a full size truck, plan to park in the over flow parking area (still very close to the unit parking), the driveway area for the unit is not large enough. Beyond that, our stay was perfect, the host was incredible, and would highly recommend this property to a small family like ours!

We had a great time skiing over spring break! It’s a great place with everything you need including washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, and more. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location!

Right in the heart of Angel Fire Resort. Walking distance to food, rentals & shuttle. Inside is cute and cozy. Tons of board games to keep you busy if you are unable to go outside. The host will go the extra mile for you (even if it is just running out of coffee). Will return someday.

My husband and I purchased the condo a few years ago after an end of the season camping trip to Angel Fire. We had never been there and absolutely fell in love with the village. After a few years, we decided to share our condo with families to give them an opportunity to experience this wonderful place and make some memories like we have. We love to travel and immerse ourselves in the local culture. We are big foodies so we try all local cuisine however, we always stay in places that we are able to cook a lot of our own meals. I am a chef and teach advanced cooking lessons while my husband is in the defense industry. Hope to see you soon!!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Angel Fire is a very family friendly Village. Just outside of the rear of the condo and across the street is access to 3 restaurants & spirits and equipment rental. The Slopes are 2 blocks walking distance or you can use the free shuttles to and from the slopes running every 15 minutes (in the winter) just outside of the condo complex steps away from our front door. The resort has a ski run for all levels of skiers as well as an exceptional ski school, Après and a terrain park. Our Courtyard style condo is quiet and peaceful. The condo complex owned backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. Just blocks away in town you will find groceries and gas, retail shopping, hair and nail boutiques, massage, chiropractic care, Horse and sleigh rides and several food and spirits options. Golf is less than a 5 minute drive and provides Incredible views, fantastic golfing and exquisite food and cocktails as well as a pool, pickleball courts and a large playground. During the winter the golf course offers sledding for the kids at very reasonable rates as well as a Nordic trail and snowshoeing. Just beyond the country club is Mesa Verde Lake where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, fishing supplies and a boat for the day. During the summer, the ski resort transforms into one of the countries premier mountain bike parks with zip lines and Frisbee golf. In town on Friday afternoons you can enjoy live concerts in the park and Sunday morning Farmers markets. The Village and Resort offers several special community events throughout the year. Angel fire is truly a special Village with much to offer.

Best feature, we offer use of our attached garage, not for a car but very nice for secure equipment storage. Walking distance to 4 restaurants (literally out the back door), equipment rentals and slope. Winter Ski shuttle pick up less than 55 steps out the front door. Several walking and hiking trails. Smaller complex than most with a courtyard that gives you a neighborly feel without being on top of one another. Parking options and Large area in back that allows the kids to run around and explore, have a BBQ and play some cornhole. Guests may use the resort pool and weight rooms at the golf course for a fee.
