Wonderful place

The room , the host, and location was terrific. One glitch is that there is about an 8-9 inch step down going to the balcony that is not marked with any signage.I fell going out into a chair that was stored there marked with any warning signage,,

Nice place for 2

Clean and pleasant. My husband & I slept comfortably however our teenagers would not recommend the sleeper sofa for comfort. Great communication. Would stay again!

GREAT WEEKEND AWAY

The property was very clean and was just as pictured. We had never stayed on this side of Hampton before (away from the bars/restaurants & shops) but it was a great experience . The beach was a few steps away from the front door of the property and it was less crowded than the Southern end of Ocean Blvd so it was relaxing. We would definitely pick this property again for future trips. Sarah

Absolute gem!

I had a weekend getaway in Hampton Beach, and booked this condo based on pictures and reviews. It did not disappoint! It was exactly as pictured, and extremely clean, spacious, and the bed and bedding were so comfortable! The view is simply magical. It was freezing outside, but the heater worked great and I stayed toasty and warm with the ocean view to enjoy. The condo was supplied with everything I could have needed. Wendy was a great communicator and very accommodating. I will definitely be back soon!

Perfect beach get away with young kids

Beautiful views. Condo is right across the road from the beach, this made it very easy to enjoy the beach with my young children. We had a blast!

Little beach getaway

It’s a beautiful spot even though it rained most of our time there :) we still made the best of it! Nothing like waking up to the ocean! It was the perfect space for us and we had a great time!

Great View for 2

I chose 4 stars as the internet was poor (which made for streaming movies near impossible). We were fortunate to have exceptional weather, but in the fall we weren’t sure what to expect and had it rained this would have made us much more frustrated. Also traveling in October most of the stores and eating options on the main strip in Hampton beach are closed so something to be aware of. The listing doesn’t really mention that anywhere. However we found other great options in the area, but just not walkable.

Expectations Exceeded!

Expectations EXCEEDED and then some!!! The unit was so beautifully decorated, had all of the necessary appliances and beach equipment needed to make our stay just perfect! I have and will let my family and friends know about your perfect spot, on the beach, for a get-away!!! Looking forward to next year!

Safe and comfortable

This property was perfect for us. We went to wind down for a few days and we always felt safe in the area, the location was incredible, it was super clean and it was comfortable with a very responsive host. We couldn't have asked for more.

I loved the location, the property. Had snacks set out, stuff for coffee in the morning. I couldn’t speak highly enough about this place. Everything about this place was amazing, so cozy! I’m definitely going to continue to book here.

GREAT FIND! BOOK NOW!

This was the cutest place with the best views! It was the first time we had seen a New England beach and this was spectacular, right off your own balcony. There is a paved road in between you and the ocean but the traffic is not so busy that it drowns out the sound of the waves, which is what we go to the beach for! We arrived and they had left chocolate and an anniversary card since I'd mentioned that… who else does that? Also, my husband injured his back while there and we could not get out at all, but there are so many great restaurants that deliver that we did not go hungry! I highly recommend you come for a few days and then venture across the street to get closer to the ocean, which we were able to carefully do the last day and it was spectacular. Don’t wait! Book today!

Ocean Getaway

My hubby and I stayed here while we enjoyed a nice little weekend getaway for our anniversary. This place was amazing! Loved that the ocean and beach were literally steps from where we were staying and just a couple minute drive to numerous excellent restaurants. The room was spotless, and the hosts even left us a basket of goodies! Also a nice little addition were the beach chairs and umbrella provided in our closet. I'd definitely stay here again!

WOW! Great getaway

Exceptionally clean, wonderfully decorated and all that you would need at your fingertips to enjoy the rental and the beach (even had sun screen and beach chairs for your use). Great place to unplug and recharge as you take in the sights sounds and smells of the ocean. This place is TOP NOTCH!!

Incredible view

The view from the balcony was perfect! The condo is well decorated, very clean, and included lots of nice touches. Easy to find and enjoyed being on the quieter end of town but so close to everything. Great accommodations!
