Denna nya exklusiva lägenhet med vacker havsutsikt och privat balkong har enkel åtkomst från stora vägar till gata parkering utanför gatan (1 fordon), ingen anledning att köra den livliga boulevarden.

Visa spektakulära soluppgångar och lokalt fyrverkeri från din privata balkong. Ligger på strandpromenaden med restauranger och underhållning inom gångavstånd. Rakt tvärs över envägsgatan till stranden är denna andra våningsenhet ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och en verklig queen size-bäddsoffa med gelmadrass som används i Disney World Resorts. Steve and Bonny are the best hosts. They make sure everything is available to you at their condo so that you have everything you need for your stay. If you have any questions at all they respond to you almost immediately. The condo is very very clean and they welcome you when you check in to make sure that you have everything that you need for a great vacation!

I couldn't have asked for better hosts. I asked about an early check in, which they were able to accommodate, but I was only able to get there at the normal check in time. They stayed in the area and actually helped me in with my bags and groceries (two trips from the Jeep to the Unit) and then took the time to show me every amenity of the Unit. I stayed in touch with them throughout my stay as I feel I've made friends. Steve and Bonnie are amazing, and I won't rent with any other Host. I'm already planning for next Summer. The Unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked and I only wish I was still there.

Perfection!

Incredibly comfortable condo with all the extras. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything we may have needed. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and resonsive. The deck was perfect for sunrise and after beach relaxing and people watching. Our stay was perfect and we look forward to next year.

Everything we needed

This rental was perfect for us, the location is perfect for access to and from the beach. The space itself offered enough room that we could enjoy the less desirable weather days. The hosts were great in communication and made themselves available for us. Overall, no complaints and would book again.

This property is a perfect location. Short walk to beach, other activities and food. All within walking distance. Property owners are fabulous. They respond quickly with questions and provide everything for the property so to make you very, very comfortable during your stay. It was a great week at the Beach

Amazing view!

We had a wonderful week here! Check in was easy, and owners were friendly and responsive. Place was stocked with everything you might need. AC worked great. The balcony was our favorite spot with gorgeous views.

Perfect location

The condo was absolutely awesome. The view and the location was perfect. We would absolutely come back again. The owner, Steve, went out of his way to make our stay perfect. There was a snafu in the description of the amenities and he didn't hesitate to rectify the situation.

Great location, great accommodations

Staying at SEAesta Surf was everything we were looking for and more. It is in a perfect location for anyone to do as much or little as they want. So much to see and do right there and within a couple of miles. The Condo was impeccably clean and well appointed with great attention to detail. Perfect, Peaceful Retreat

I spent about 6 weeks, off season, at this property and it was simply lovely. The owners were warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The space is very comfortable and well-appointed. It has a well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities to help make it feel extra homey. Very clean, quiet, and the view can’t be beat. I can’t wait to return!

Our stay was brilliant!

We spent 4 winter months at Steve and Bonny's and it was perfect. The condo was clean and perfectly equipped - they had thought about every little thing we could possibly need. They responded promptly to any question we had. They had some great suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable. Give the location of the ocean front condo, waking up to the sunrise each morning was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We would HIGHLY recommend this particular condo to anyone. Thank you Steve and Bonny for sharing your home with us :)

The condo was perfect for our vacation! Beautiful view, great location, simple check in/out process, very nice finishes and comfortable. One of the best stocked rentals we’ve stayed at. It was very clean. There was a small issue with fruit flies between the previous check out and our check in but Steve was proactive in reaching out and did all they could to remedy the situation plus accommodate us. Would stay there again for sure!

October Get Away

We had stayed with Bonnie and Steve in the past and were so happy we could return. The place is as amazing as we remembered. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. They weren't able to meet us upon arrival but made sure our check in went smooth via text. Which we greatly appreciated. We hope to come back again in the future.
