19 Fazio Villas is an updated Palmetto Dunes vacation rental located just a short walk to the beach and right across from the community complex pool, literally seconds from the villa! The bright, open and airy villa features a large living area and spacious outdoor patio for relaxing and grilling after a day at the beach.
This lovely villa is sure to become your home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need to cook small or large meals for your family. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area has tile flooring and the bedrooms all have driftwood plank-style tile flooring. So clean and fresh!
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for dining or just enjoy unwinding with a book on the pretty sea foam-colored Adirondack chairs or while enjoying your morning coffee and an evening beverage.
The open floor plan with a wet bar in between the dining and living area lends itself to socializing and relaxing with friends and family. The downstairs queen bedroom has an updated bathroom with a tub/shower combination that can be accessed from both the bedroom and hallway. The over-sized master suite and adjoining bathroom is located upstairs. The coastal artwork in the bedroom is soft, soothing and a perfect backdrop to the the beautiful furnishings.And of course there is a flat panel TV to catch up on your tv viewing after a busy day at the beach and pool. The updated bathroom has a newly renovated spacious shower, granite double sink vanity with soft yet ample lighting. The beautiful farm doors separate the bedroom from the bath for both practicality and aesthetics!
The 2nd guest bedroom is also located upstairs along with an adjoining bathroom.
This location is in a tucked away, serene part of Palmetto Dunes with easy and quick access to dining and shopping! This location is also a quick walk to the general store, bike and kayak rentals, tennis and golf.It can’t get any more convenient or beautiful then this!
