This is a brand-new, totally renovated flat located in the center of Chania just a few minutes of walking distance to the old town of the city and its Venetian Harbor. It can accommodate 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa-beds, it is fully equipped and offers a large outdoor terrace with its own furniture. The area offers a wide choice of shops, cafes, restaurants. Fully air-conditioned, wifi, TV, washer, and a brand new kitchen are available.

Our flat is brand-new and features an elegant minimal industrial design in two levels with clean lines, vast open spaces and it is bathed all day with plenty of sunlight.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen along with a complimentary WC with a shower. Large window panels offer plenty of sunlight in and a view of the outdoors. From that level, you also get easy and direct access to the outdoor area.

Along the wooden staircase, on the top floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and large windows (equipped with full blinds) offering a view to the outdoors. The second bedroom offers two single beds. Linens and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

A second bathroom is located on the top floor for your convenience along with large closets for your belongings.
